Place was as listed. Nadia and Serge were very responsive. We did have an issue with the pool and they sent over the pool tech. We enjoyed our stay.

Our stay at the Citrus Soirée with our three young kids was fantastic. I wish I could give it more than five stars. The house and pool were perfect, super clean, and convenient, especially when traveling with little ones. Our kids loved the pool and raved about the house nonstop. We did not want to leave! We were highly impressed, and the hosts were responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay. We’ve spoken multiple times about returning because we enjoyed our stay so much! I’m a huge fan of interior design and love the citrus theme. Makes me want to redecorate my whole house :)

My favorite place, have stayed many times. Beautiful pool oasis yet moments walk to downtown for great food. House is very comfortable. We love it!

we just spent a week at Ryan's place and it was amazing! the space was very clean and organized. this was one of the better equipped airbnb homes I have stayed in. the kitchen was well organized and had many convenient items most places do not have. there were beach chairs, sand toys, and even a wagon, which with having three kids was a blessing. the pool was amazing and maintained the temp of 88. I know some previous reviews discussed jet noise, as this is super close to SRQ but the jet noise was not an issue for us, and there were maybe 10 flights a day that we heard. Ryan was great at responding and providing instructions that were essential for our stay. we had a great time and my kids had the best time and are already asking when we can be back.

This is our second year staying at Casey’s and it’s just like we remembered. The pool is always a hit and the there is plenty of space for our family. It’s close to local shops and restaurants. Beautiful neighborhood, always feel safe there. Can’t wait to visit again.

The Sandpiper was the perfect airbnb for our small group. Having the 4th bedroom and 3rd bath that could be used from the private pool was perfect. The fenced in backyard made it great for our friend's dogs to run. The kitchen had everything we needed and allowed us to cook in daily. Proximity to grocery was great and with a few extra people who stopped by to visit, the 24 hour Denny's four houses up allowed us extra parking and less congestion of cars around the house. This airbnb gets a five star rating.

If you are looking to stay in Sarasota, this is an amazing place. Beyond having the best equipped kitchen we've ever seen in an AirBnB, our hosts were incredibly responsive in addressing any other needs we had. This property felt like home by the time we left, and we have no problems recommending it to anyone!

Our stay couldn’t have been better, the house was immaculate, Rachel was super easy to communicate with and very informative with any questions we had! The place was impeccable and clean, made you feel like you were at home! The backyard truly is your own oasis whether just relaxing in the pool or sitting by the gas fire pit. We cannot wait to come back! 10/10

What a wonderful place to stay, we had a family of 6 for a7 day vacation. The house is beautiful, everything top notch, outside area has a huge pool and beautiful hot tub. Great sitting area outside with comfortable seating outside with a TV. Host was very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again

The hosts were very responsive and very helpful. Their home was spotless. The pool with the enclosure allowed you all the sunshine you could ask for without the bugs! The interior is very spacious and great for hosting dinner. With the turf back yard it’s the perfect hangout for adults and children! The hosts are very thoughtful with items available for the perfect beach day (beach wagon, chairs, a cooler, and lots of fun items for children! We will definitely be visiting again!

DO NOT STAY HERE, Especially during early April 2026!!! I'm kidding of course. my wife's family has been visiting Sarasota for over 40 years and this was a wonderful way to spend the week. Their condo building was under repair so we stayed at Kristian's. The pool is AMAZING and our 5-year-old had an absolute blast the whole week. The landscaping around the pool is top notch and gives it a very secluded feeling. Great house. Great host.

My family of 4 had a great vacation! Luis was very responsive and a great host. The house was immaculate and in a great area. We really enjoyed the pool and being close to Siesta Key and downtown Sarasota. We hope to come back in the future and would definitely consider staying here again!

We had a wonderful time staying at Randy’s place. The kids had a great time swimming in the pool/hot tub and playing games in the game room. Check-in was very easy and the property was very clean. It was an easy 10-15 min drive to the beach. Randy is very friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. I would definitely use the location again. Thanks for a great time.

The place was definitely a home away from home, equipped with everything you need. The cleanest Air bnb I have stayed in. Love the layout, the natural light, the patio, pool and hot tub. Karolina was a super host, attentive, understanding and communicative. It was 6 of us all adults and couples and my mom, It would have being great that the sofa was cozy and comfortable or a sofa bed for her too sleep. But we stayed for only 3 nights and we made it work. Besides that the place is 20 minutes from Siesta key, one of the most beach I have seen. The place gets 10 out of 10 in my chart. Highly recommended it.

Lucy's place was wonderful. Very roomy and private with a big fenced in back yard. We could walk to watch the Oriole Spring Training games. The home is also very dog friendly with extra items like dog bowls, poop bags and treats. The best part was Lucy herself. We had an issue with our dog while we were there and Lucy was extremely kind and understanding. We would love to stay there again.

Just checked out of Kate’s place! What can we say, as a family of five and also our parents we had the most amazing stay. The property is as described, super clean and spacious! The kids loved the pool area and spend countless hours playing around the pool and with the vast array of games throughout the villa. The Area was beautiful, gorgeous beaches and friendly people! Kate was an amazing host, always insightful, friendly and very responsive. What a fabulous family holiday full of lots of new memories created. Thanks Kate!

Anna was extremely attentive and made sure we had all of the information we needed before we arrived. The house is very clean located next to lots of great nightlife. Highly recommend staying here and hopefully we can book it again the next time we’re in Sarasota!

Aubrey’s place is amazing! It’s in a great location close to the best attractions Sarasota has to offer, but you’ll find yourself just wanting to stay inside and enjoy this masterfully decorated space. I cannot exaggerate the fact that it feels like you are stepping into a page in an interior design magazine. Aubrey herself was delightful to communicate with. She left us a very sweet welcome note and little gift. Wish she had a bnb in every town we visit!

This house was adorable! Loved the decor - cute touches and uncluttered throughout. Drawers/cabinets were clearly labeled and there were all sorts of things there that you might have forgotten- even hair ties! Bed was comfortable. Whole place was cozy and comfy- I didn’t want to leave! Tons of great recommendations in the guest book by the front door. I wholeheartedly recommend this home!

Close to Siesta Key, a quiet neighborhood. The house has everything you need to cook and be comfortable. Keep in mind that if there are more than two people, the third must sleep on an inflatable mattress (very comfortable, but to be taken into account). My son slept very well there.
