Welcome to Palm Cottage. Our space is the perfect cozy getaway for any time of year. Recently renovated three bedrooms and one bathroom make this the perfect spot for two couples or a family. The private backyard includes a brand new pool with a hot tub and a sun shelf, as well as outdoor dining area and fire table. Enjoy a leisurely stroll to Siesta Key to play at the beach or grab a meal at one of the many restaurants. Home includes two bikes and all the gear you need for a day at the beach.

The spacious living area features a comfortable couch adorned with patterned pillows, a wooden coffee table, and colorful rugs. Natural light floods in through large windows, and an open layout connects to the dining area and kitchen, which is visible in the background.

Great location! This is a family friendly home, close to downtown and beaches, with a pool, fenced yard, and a large, screened porch for lounging and having meals outside. Close to all the great things Sarasota has to offer- museums, gardens, theaters, shopping, Sarasota Bay, and beaches. The house is 1.5 miles from downtown, 10 min to St. Armands, 15 min to Lido Beach, and about 20 min Siesta Key Beach. One dog considered with a fee. Children must be supervised at all times in the pool area.

The outdoor space is enclosed by a screened lanai, showcasing a heated saltwater pool and a dining area with a large table that seats eight. Lounge chairs and a BBQ grill are positioned near the pool, surrounded by tropical landscaping and a clear blue sky.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. 15 minutes to Siesta Beach, 10 minutes to UTC mall, 15minutes to downtown, 20 minutes to SRQ airport. This home is fully remodeled, fully furnished, sleeps 8. We have 1 king size bed in the master, second bedroom is queen bed, 3rd bedroom is 1 full and 1 twin beds. This is open plan home with a big family room, 60" TV above electric fireplace, formal dining room seats 6 with the bar seats 4. Master has 55"TV
