Siesta Key Cozy Cottage across from the beach!

Adorable totally renovated !!!Siesta key cottage one block from the beautiful white sand beach and two blocks from the iconic Siesta Key Village on the north end of the island. Everything is a short walk including all the shops and restaurants of Siesta Village. Very private fenced in yard with plenty of comfy furniture and barbecue:) Very nice size stainless steel/granite kitchen with a dining room and a large sunken living room. Both the living room and the bedroom open to the private patio!

Great location. 2 miles from the # 1 rated Beach in America , Siesta Key . The cottage is near several other beaches as well. Walking distance to a Publix grocery store and 5 good restaurants. ⅕1 hour from Tampa and 2 hours from Orlando. The Key Lime Cottage is totally updated with new stainless steel & granite in the kitchen . There are two new beds ..... one is a queen size and the other is a full size. New tile and wood floors throughout. Quite neighborhood for walking .

This home, built in the 1950’s, has old Florida highlights including cypress wood walls and terrazzo floors located in a peaceful neighborhood. It is all on one level and sleeps 4 adults with a private patio including a gas grill. It’s only a 5 minute walk to Siesta Key beach and includes a beach cart, chairs, umbrella, towels and a cooler. Only a 10 minute walk or 2 minute ride to the village with shops, restaurants, music and nightlife.
