Apartment vacation rentals in Sarasota Beach

Enjoyed our stay so much at Kyle’s condo! Easy to find/check ourselves in, within walking distance to the beach and a lot of local restaurants, and included everything we needed - plus some! Kyle was quick to respond when we did reached out & gave us a bunch of great local recommendations prior to the start of our visit. I would absolutely recommend this stay to a friend or anyone coming to the area - 10/10. Thank you again so so much for helping make this trip easy, breezy & one to remember.

This place gets an 11 out of 10. The location was beautiful. The place was immaculately clean. It was well decorated. The beach was just across the street. I felt very secure so I went on walks every night.

John’s place was everything we hoped for and more. Along with the walkability, great restaurants and all the other things listed, I don’t think people understand how important a comfortable bed is at an Airbnb. I mean a bed is really you need, if you’re going to be at the beach the whole time! The KING sized bed was memory foam and super comfy. Also great to kick back after an “exhausting” day in the sun and watch the ginormous TV in the comfortable huge bed. Just wow! Wished we would have stayed longer. Great recommendations, communication, ease of parking. Ugh, the beach cart really came in handy and the two beach chairs. Love love love this turquoise gem!!

Beautiful location, just a short walk to Siesta Key beach or the town there. The house had everything you could possibly need for cooking, cleaning, laundry, the beach, etc. The host, Billie, was also very nice and responsive. Highly recommend this stay as it was a great experience!

Our stay was amazing. This studio was exactly as described, and Heidi was the most responsive and thorough host! She made sure we had everything we needed to relax and enjoy her little piece of paradise on Longboat Key! She's thought of it all and was always just a text or phone call away if we needed anything. She communicated an earlier check-in with us, and the condo was stocked with everything needed to make our stay memorable. Dolphins from the backdoor, sea turtles nesting every night, and the beach just a few steps away were some of our favorite memories! We had a few minor inconveniences (no fault of Heidi's), and she went above and beyond to repair the issues and make sure we were comfortable and accommodated . We already miss this place and cannot wait to go back.

Perfect stay for my family of 3! The house was within a 10 minute drive to beach parking for Siesta Key, and close to many restaurants. The host left clear instructions and responds quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed the backyard pool for evening swims! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The hosts were super friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. The house was in great shape and appeared to have been recently renovated. Everything was squeaky clean down to the vacuum lines in the sofa. If you plan to make a trip to the beach, they have provided beach chairs, umbrella, football, sunblock, etc. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to find. I would recommend anyone visiting Sarasota to check this place out. Definitely 5 stars!!!

This place was amazing! The unit was really nice and had all the amenities and more that we needed. We were able to cook our own food very easily. They had pots, pans, sharp knives, seasoning (and more than just salt/pepper), blender, and toaster. Being able to play at the beach right outside the unit, rinse off with the hose at the gate, and then jump in the pool was really nice! Can't say enough great things about it! Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful views and easily accessible to everything from a sanctuary of privacy. Beds are extremely comfortable and sleeping was never an issue. Very relaxing and enjoyable.

The view! The beach! Such a perfect family vacation for my husband and 4 high school aged kids. We rented bikes for the kids for the week from Beach Bums (they dropped them off and picked them up from the condo) which allowed them to get around. Morgan had everything we needed from beach chairs and umbrellas to a well stocked kitchen to prepare laid back dinners. We saw a manatee swim right by us as we floated in the pristine gulf waters just steps from our front door, loved the service and burgers just a walk away at Skinny’s, cooled off with several pina coladas from the Manatee Beach Bar, visited The Creperie several times during the week, and found the best grouper tacos to be at Harry’s. This was our first time to Anna Marie Island and have only good things to say about the location and about Morgan and her amazing condo. Morgan, thanks for your attentiveness and prompt responses and providing a space for our family to create lasting memories. I would recommend this condo 💯!!!!

This place is a gem! Beautiful location, short walk to the beach, safe and nice neighborhood. Homes surrounding are mansions. The place is compact but has everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Fabulous! The beach is across the street and there are beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, noodles,cooler, wagon,etc. The view of the Gulf of Mexico from the Lanai is stunning .The Village is a mile away with lots of fun bars and restaurants . We loved this place!

We stayed here last year and loved it so much that we decided to rebook this year. The house was spotless, beautiful, and included everything we could possibly need. The location was spectacular; it was a short one block walk to the beach. The house is located in a mostly residential area so the particular area of the beach was quiet and peaceful. Additionally, the downtown village is only a 10-15 minute walk. Cannot recommend enough!

Honestly, this is by far the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The photographs do not do it justice. The apartment is stunning and the shared pool and hot tub area is a little oasis with plenty of seating and loungers. Corinna and Tim have thought of every little detail to ensure guests have everything they can possibly need, inside and outside the apartment. We found Corinna and Tim to be the most welcoming and friendliest of hosts and were absolutely gutted to be leaving. We would love to return. Thank you for making our holiday so amazing. 😍

Great location to the fishing pier on the bay and to the private beach. Two pools to choose from and patio access for two of the bedrooms. There was a wagon with a beach chair and umbrellas, a cooler, and plenty of beach toys. Perfect amount of beach towels and regular towels. The private beach had plenty of chairs and not crowded at all. Also, the cross walk signal is very close so it was very easy to cross and walk to the beach. Perfect location and a great place to stay.

Absolutely worth it. We spent time on Manatee Beach, had great dinners at the Ugly Grouper, Anna Maria’s Oyster House and Marina Jacks which was more upscale. The house was super clean and very comfy. Last eve was spent in pool and hot tub. Also owners were responsive to any requests. i would recommend this place and stay again myself. We also rented a catamaran 3 hour tour 😉 at Kathleen D’s. very nice.

This house is the perfect old school Florida beach house! Daniel sent an email with all the information. Details all were accurate that I did not need to ask any questions. He also followed up to make sure check in was ok. Photos are accurate. So much space. Multiple areas to entertain inside and outside to settle into. Large dining room table and smaller kitchen table. Has all the supplies needed. Used the grill for burgers and brats. Even paid extra for the hot tub. Cool air conditioning and numerous fans. Close to walkable restaurants and beach. Love, love, love this house and we hope to stay at again one day! (Side note: It is the whole second floor and access was by stairs only. Not a problem for us. Kitchen does not have a dishwasher and again not a problem for us.) Thanks again!

We had the perfect beach getaway! Sloppy Joe’s was our go-to spot for sunset food and drinks, and the public beach access just across the street made everything convenient. Having a Publix nearby was perfect for cooking in the fully stocked kitchen. We stayed in the best unit in the building—equipped with everything we needed for the beach, including a wagon, chairs, and even towels. If you’re traveling with kids, we highly recommend a boat shelling tour and checking out FloridaRAMA or MOSI for a fun break from the sun!

Great location able to drive to beaches easily very beautiful condo car parked in garage. Nicer clean pool was able to see it checked daily from the balcony. My 11 year old granddaughter had a wonderful time

Beautiful home. It was extremely comfortable. The floors were so clean, and the kitchen had everything you need, furniture and beds were comfy, the back yard is great. Excellent Air BnB.
