Beautifully elegant suite with a relaxing touch. A pleasant mix of Hispanic and Modern decor in a newly renovated living area complete with all necessities such as wifi, an outdoor patio and your own free parking. The suite is located MINUTES away from all of Sarasota's famous hotspots! It is down the street from Jungle Gardens. A 10minute walk to The Ringling Museum. 10minute drive to Downtown, 15 minute drive to both Siesta Key and St. Armand's Circle. It could not be located more ideally!

Welcome to my brand new guest house! The original building has been rebuilt and completed in December 2024 to offer a more comfortable experience for my guests. Peaceful and centrally located, ideal for relaxation and easy access to explore historic Sarasota and the beaches. A quick drive, bike or a short walk to downtown Sarasota, Selby Botanical Garden and Pineapple Street antique shops. 1.5 miles to Sarasota Bay. 3.5 miles to St Armands Circle and Lido Beach. 6.5 miles to Siesta Key.

Our newly renovated condo is located on Siesta Key's award winning Crescent Beach. Our unit is has all of the amenities of home for your convenience. The primary bedroom has a king sized bed and its own ensuite with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has 2 double beds and a large closet for all of your belongings. The complex has two heated pools, multiple charcoal grills and just steps away from the unit are 3 tennis courts and 2 pickle ball courts. Restaurants and shopping close by

Stay at our renovated beautiful beach styled studio furnishing with a queen size bed as well as a full pull out couch bed. There’s a mini fridge, a two burner electric cooktop, a microwave, a toaster, a tea pot with complementary tea bags, coffee pot with complementary coffee and keurig with complementary Starbucks k cups. Free wifi and a 50 inch tv facing the bed. 2 minutes away from the air port, 10 minutes away from IMG Academy , 30 minutes from Anna Maria Island and siesta key .

Newly Reno Cozy 1BR w/ Pool - Walk to Gated Beach

Newly renovated gated beach access apartment with a pool. This is a one bedroom and one bath apartment that makes up one unit in a quadplex. It is on a very quiet private road that leads to a gated beach access way that only residents on this street have access too. The house was completely redone and has all new furniture, sheets, pillows, towels, etc. The pool area was just upgraded with new pool/deck furniture.
