Excellent location for those who want to go to the stadium, clean apartment, with furniture and necessary items, as well as a complete condominium! Excellent accommodation.

I went to a Guilherme Machado training, and it was great, I just needed a car to get to and from the airport. Clean, pleasant environment, very helpful and polite hotel staff. If the training is in the same place next year, I will definitely stay with Vera again!

Quiet place, very cozy and very quiet; I felt at home. There is a snack bar right on the corner, which helps a lot so you don't have to walk far to buy food. Everything was very clean and organized, congratulations to the hosts.

We loved staying at Angela's home in a quiet neighborhood that was close to all restaurants, metro and shopping. We would love to revisit in the future.

Lu & João's apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. It is very compact, but for a trip of a few days, it served us very well, as it is very comfortable. Everything is new and modern, and it is very nicely decorated. The hosts also provided us with a crib (which was already set up on our arrival, thank you very much!!) and a bathtub for our baby, which were super useful. I think the only addendum I would make is that the shower door is a little narrow, which can make it a little difficult for larger people. Otherwise, the street is very quiet, although it is very well located, next to the mall and with exits to Pamplona and 9 de Julho, excellent for those who went out for a walk with the stroller. But I wanted to praise everyone's service. Not only the hosts, who responded kindly and quickly, but the doormen and the cleaning lady, who met us and helped with our bags. Everyone was very polite, we really felt at home. I would definitely come back!

Always my first choice when going to SP. I feel at home and everything is close, apart from the ease of getting around. Jean is always very friendly and attentive, an excellent host.

There are many positive points. Starting with the location, you can find restaurants, markets, pharmacies, shopping, cafes, gym, from the most expensive to the cheapest. The cleanliness of the place is impeccable, very fragrant linens. I also highlight the size of the place, especially because there is a door between the kitchen and the bedroom. You can cook quietly without the room smelling like everything you've prepared. Regarding safety, the street is very quiet, the surroundings of Paulista always have GCM vehicles, I walked around the area late at night and I didn't see anything abnormal. In the end, it's a great cost benefit, Carol is a very nice person, always responds very quickly.

Quiet stay, the staff always available to answer any questions. I already knew the area, so it was great! I strongly recommend it because the view is worth it!

Andre is a thoughtful and attentive host, and his home is stylish, comfortable and full of amenities you will find useful during your stay. He even has optional heat for the bedroom and living room, which is extremely rare in São Paulo but very handy on certain nights during winter months.

Excellent experience! From the moment I arrived until the farewell, everything was impeccable. The space is exactly as described—clean, comfortable and cozy, one of those places that make you feel at home right away. The location is perfect, very close to everything I needed, making my stay much easier. The parking spaces are tight, but the condominium guidelines for parking prevent one car from being next to the other, avoiding unwanted incidents. The grocery store in the basement is excellent and the acoustic door of the room is wonderful.

I've stayed in several apartments in the same building and this space is by far the best I've ever stayed in. Everything is very clean, the bed is excellent, the spaces are well distributed and the apartment is very cool and airy. The host was very helpful and flexible. The building is a few meters from Beneficência Portuguesa and Shopping Paulista. I recommend it to everyone!

Great for those who need to stay to do something in the area. In my case, I stayed to go to a concert at Vibra SP and it was amazing! Uber is very affordable (both on the way there and back) and there is a bus that stops in front of the apartment and stops next to the concert hall. Regarding the environment: it is super comfortable, equipped and was very clean. The parking lot also helps, since it was one of the few options I found on Airbnb with a parking space included and at a good price! The whole stay was very quiet and we had no problems. Marcelo is also super friendly and responded quickly to the questions we had.
