Vacation rentals with beach access in São Paulo

Everything is perfect. This is the second time I've come back and I'll come back more often.

From the first contact to the most recent, she was attentive and always concerned and available to resolve any questions. From the agility in the answers and operationalization for a totally last-minute trip, which allowed us to enter the apartment less than 18 hours after the first contact, the attention to the doubts during the stay, to the care in locating a small chain with a pendant lost during the stay in the apartment afterwards. The apartment is so nice that the problem is leaving But when you can overcome the comfort of having the whole city, the beach and the sea inside the living room or bedrooms and be able to breathe it all from the balconies, all the amenities of the city are at your fingertips, or a short walk away. The balconies, with that view, are something difficult to describe. They harmonize with a good wine at night, a good craft beer during the day, a tea in the morning or the contemplation of life at dawn. Thank you Lourdes for the brief and intense stay.

We loved the view at Marcos’ property, looking out over the ocean and city. We very much appreciated the beach being directly accessible with a shower right inside the complex to rinse off sand. There were two entry doors locked from the outside, which made our stay here feel entirely safe. Marcos was an excellent host. He was always immediately responsive if we needed help with anything at the apartment. He was also very flexible with check out time. I could tell our comfort and enjoyment was a top priority. We had a wonderful time and hope to return soon!

The place is amazing, the view is not even mentioned, easy to find, park and great places to eat, walk etc. even paragliding we flew in celebration of our 15th wedding anniversary, Ciomara very attentive from the beginning, very polite, gave us tips on places we didn't know, these tips were very important, anyway beautiful place with a breathtaking view, clean place, Extremely quiet and with privacy, from check-in to check-out Ciomara gave us all the attention, it was much more beyond our expectations and we will certainly return, you who are thinking of going don't think, book soon you won't regret it, and we went for the weekend that we would think it wouldn't be so quiet and on the contrary the island is great and it's very worth it. We rented the house for the holiday with friends and it was really a find! Excellent location, great restaurants, bars, beach close to the house.. The house is super equipped, it had everything we needed, even netflix haha, we love it! Of course there are new opportunities we will return more often!!

Location is great, mto good beach. Check in was super easy and flexible. It's really pet friendly, the dogs loved the yard.

Excellent stay! The house is very spacious, comfortable and well structured. It is a few meters from the main avenue, with an Assaí Market practically next door, which makes it a lot easier. The hosts, Neia and Rico, were extremely helpful, responsive and very kind. I recommend it!

Upon arriving at the apartment, I found a clean, organized and cozy place. The dining table was set with cups for coffee, and there were complimentary espresso coffee capsules in the Dolce Gusto coffee maker. In the bedroom, there were washed and packaged face and bath towels, as well as a blanket. The view from this place is amazing, really cinematic. The neighborhood is safe and is next to Santos, providing many tours and places to visit. Communication with them was clear from check-in to check-out, they pay attention to answering questions. I'll definitely come back more often

Utilidade publica: for those with Pet, the Millionaires beach allows the entrance of a pet. It's close to the apto and I went there every day.
