Undoubtedly a wonderful and very cozy house. All environments are very spacious and well maintained. Emerson and his wife were very polite, solicited and helped us in everything that was needed. They were very receptive to me and my guests. I highly recommend it!

The description was accurate. We came with 14 guests, and it fit us perfectly. We understood the aesthetic would be rustic, and the wood features stood out well. The pool area is an ideal spot for gatherings. The spa and pool could have been better prepared for use. We recommend updating some of the bare essentials, such as cookware, dishes, and bedding. If you use the space during colder seasons, heating options should be added to the rooms.

Gorgeous place in São Paulo! Beautiful house and much larger than anticipated. Safe neighborhood and very convenient. There must be 6 different tables in the house to have a meal. Just unreal. The housekeeper situation was very confusing and I wish the host had shared more about what was being offered since we were paying. The housekeeper, Nagi (not sure how to spell) was wonderful. If you stay here, be sure to ask the host in advance what the housekeeper can do for you, such as go to the market.

I found this listing to spend a few days with my family and I can say it's really an oasis. I've never found anything so amazing in a city like São Paulo. The entire house is glazed, very spacious, and has a wonderful backyard. The feeling is that we are not in the city of São Paulo but in the countryside, but at the same time, we are in the heart of Vila Madalena. The host brought us bananas grown in his own backyard, which reminded me of the times when I spent my childhood in the countryside and ate from my own backyard. The host lives in the back house, so he needs to go through the yard, but it was really nice to have him around, especially because the house is so big and sometimes we get confused about where things are. The bedroom mattress is King size, very comfortable, and the pillows are also excellent. The bedding is of high quality. The kitchen is super equipped and huge, with a large dishwasher. It's been a happy few days!

This was one of the best Airbnb stays my family has had. The home was beautiful and extremely well furnished for a large group stay. All amenities were provided and lovely touches such as refreshments were ready for us upon our arrival. The home was spotless and was carefully cleaned each day. The communication with the host was clear and timely. We felt welcome and would recommend Márcia and her Interlagos home to all!

Thank you Jonathas for providing a quiet and safe weekend for us, great for those who go to the São Paulo expo because it is very close, by car 5 minutes or less, very good! We stayed at Phelipe's apartment during FISPAL and had an excellent experience! The space is super cozy, spacious and very well equipped, especially the kitchen, which perfectly met our needs. The apartment is huge and comfortably accommodated the ten people on our team. The location is great, the building has security and the automated check-in made our arrival much easier. We had only a small setback with towels at the beginning, but Phelipe was super agile and attentive, solving everything quickly. He is very helpful, responds quickly and makes communication much easier. We were very well received and left with the certainty that we would stay there again. Highly recommended!

The house has all the described comfort, heated pool, shower and taps with hot water, kitchen with many utensils and 9 pots that is great). Garden care and clean house, as well as clean bedding, in great condition. The market inside the condominium is great. Lugar is easy to access, when we arrived there was no electricity but the boy of the gate led us to the house, which was very good. Host responds quickly to questions. There are many things for entertainment in the house. We will return more often, and I hope with sunshine!

I reserved the space to celebrate my son's 18 years, from the first contact to Viviane and Henrique were very kind, the house is PERFECT. What an amazing space! There's no better definition for this accommodation. I booked the space for a birthday party, and I was able to accommodate just over 30 people (between guests and the buffet staff). From the beginning of the reservation, I had an excellent interaction with Ana and her daughter Vitória. They even offered a lot of support to the buffet staff. The location is easy to access, close to SP at Km21, we had no difficulty with traffic or with the arrival. Still, we received detailed instructions from Ana that made the arrival even easier. Finally, it is noted that it is an extremely well-kept, well-equipped space, which conveys in the details the affection and zeal of the hosts. I loved the space, the guests loved it and we all had a wonderful afternoon/evening!

Every corner of the house is perfectly organized and beautifully decorated. The cleanliness is exemplary and the atmosphere was pleasantly fragrant when we arrived, making the stay cozy and comfortable. The kitchen has no shortage of utensils, and the two refrigerators are a special amenity. There were plenty of extra blankets, enough for the low temperature during the stay.
