Private suite vacation rentals in São Paulo

My wife and I stayed one night at Bia's place and really liked it. The space looks even nicer than the pictures, super clean, comfortable bed and very pleasant view. Bia and her family are also very friendly and always willing to help. I'd strongly recommend this stay.

Although the reservation was made at the last minute, Vila promptly provided all the necessary information to get to the place. The room itself was extremely clean and organized, they were kind enough to leave coffee, sugar and salt, in addition to the coffee maker (which for me is very necessary), it is not a very large room but for two people it was ideal, the place is quiet and with a market next door, and a bakery on the corner, perfect for those who are passing through but will make breakfast on the spot!!! if there is another opportunity I will be happy to rent the room again!

Valéria was a wonderfully kind host and fully requests, made me super comfortable and made me excellent recommendations about the region, the place met and exceeded my expectations providing me with privacy and warmth. I will be in São Paulo again for another study module and I have booked again… I recommend and still thank you for the company and enriching chat!

My experience at Nanci's accommodation was impeccable. I had a great reception with the owner Eunice, who has been working at the house for many years, super attentive and helpful. I stayed in one of the suites, everything was absolutely clean and organized, the atmosphere in general is wonderful, very well cared for and brings a feeling of coziness while you feel like you're in a chic and well cared for house. I will definitely stay with Nanci the next time I go to São Paulo and need accommodation in this area. I recommend it 100%.

My mother stayed here for a few months and Marcos was incredibly kind to her and took care of her. At first my mom was a little worried about her stay because she is afraid of cats and there were two very friendly cats in the courtyard next to the apartment, but she got used to it and Marcos made sure that any concerns she had were addressed. He even sent her brownies and a gift when she left to remember Brazil. He and his wife and very kind people.

10/10! I would definitely come back. The house is in a prime area of SP, safe to walk, beautiful and calm. Close to everything and 2 blocks from the subway. Karen was a great host, always responding quickly and meeting demands.

Thank you to Erica and Ricardo. Simple, but neat and clean place. The only issue is the tendency for moisture to accumulate from the bathroom window that opens to the laundry room. But a very nice suite with great value for the money.

My stay was wonderful! The host is very helpful, attentive, friendly, a great listener and an excellent conversationalist. She understands different cultures, which makes the service even more empathetic and welcoming. The house is authentic, full of character and very well looked after. Every detail is thoughtfully designed, with many handmade items made by herself. The environment is clean, comfortable and quiet. The bed is great, with pillows of different heights and a perfect lamp for reading or resting. There is a structure for studying, storing clothes and relaxing in comfort. The location is also excellent: there is a market, pharmacy, commercial buildings and many restaurants nearby — from Arabic to Italian cuisine — as well as several delicious bakeries. I highly recommend it!

For those who seek accommodation at very high levels of care for the environment, cleanliness, safety, good taste and especially receptivity, this is one of the best to which I was pleased to have stayed. Dona Sibeli always attentive in communications via platform, and especially her husband, Mr. Armando, to which he received me, was one of unbreakable kindness, care and attention. Without the slightest doubt, whenever I have the need to travel to São Paulo, I will prioritize staying again, as it was a very pleasant experience.

Rural was great, very polite and solicited. The place was impeccable, I felt welcomed. The hosts helped us get to know São Paulo, plus the location is great with many nearby points and many things to do. The place is very comfortable, great view and very accommodating.

I stayed to go to a show at MorumBis and I don't regret it! Great location, close to restaurants, subway and bakery. The accommodation is super cozy, everything is very organized and clean. The hostess welcomed me in a warm and kind manner. Returning to São Paulo, I will certainly stay there again!

Nice, clean and well located place!!

The location is excellent and the room is great. I just wish I could have stayed in an air-conditioned room, but there wasn't available. The room gets hot especially when windows are closed at bedtime. I felt hot even on cold days when everything was closed. So the ceiling fan had to stay on constantly.

The place is a very good place to stay. The stores are close by and the apartment has a large refrigerator so you can really grocery shop. The neighborhood is very friendly and safe. The apartment has everything you need. I walked to all shops and stores and even the Asian market. The Municipal market is minutes away in an uber. There are a lot of restaurants, bars, salons, barbershops in eyesight. I hope you enjoy your stay like I enjoyed mine

It was a great experience, Leandro and the whole family were extremely attentive and loving to me. I felt very welcomed. The space is very good, very well equipped with everything working perfectly. The shower is very nice and the bed is very comfortable. The kitchen has the necessary essentials, very convenient. The place is very calm and quiet to allow good rest. There is a very good shopping mall nearby and a supermarket, bakery, and laundry within walking distance.
