Condo vacation rentals in São Paulo

Diego and Luciana served me super well. The district allowed a more flexible check-in (determining factor for me to close the deal). The place is like in the photos, has air-conditioning in all the rooms, has a water filter, is spacious, and has 2 bathrooms. Very cozy. All perfect. The only downside in my vision is the price. I thought it was a bit expensive considering the location is located in Brás.

The Fourth time we stay and we will be back for sure.

Apartment is in an ideal location, with lots of great restaurants nearby. The building has a gym with a great view and lots of other amenities. Nice clean apartment and the host Arthur was great

Wonderful stay. Impeccable apartment, clean, with everything we needed. Excellent air conditioning, TV, hot and cold shower working perfectly. Great bathroom. Perfect location, close to the Ibirapuera mall, next to the subway. Building with super infrastructure. Pool, gym, etc. We'll be back for sure soon.

Apartment as pictured. The building's amenities are ideal: swimming pool, very nice gym, sauna, jacuzzi, massage room; Perfect. The location in Moema is ideal for getting around the different neighborhoods of São Paulo. I'll be back.

Apartment 514 is amazing! In the heart of Av Paulista, it is a very comfortable and surprisingly quiet space. Well decorated, it has air conditioning and an electric shower in great working order and some kitchen equipment. Close to many attractions, the apartment is next to MASP, close to Padaria Bella Paulista, pharmacies and various services. The Trianon MASP subway station is on the same sidewalk as the building, making it very easy to get around the city of São Paulo.

Great location, with easy access to the subway, restaurant and all the necessary amenities to stay for a season. It has a daily cleaning service, making the stay much easier. Paulo was an excellent host, quick and clear in his responses. I'll definitely be back.

We stayed for a little over 2 weeks with our 2 year old. Not only was the place exactly as described, Elise was extra thoughtful in the amenities provided for our son. She was extremely responsive, and was gracious to allow us a flexible check out to accommodate his nap before our flight.
