Apartment very well planned and decorated. End-to-end view of the beach, despite not being so close to the beach. Excellent location. No car needed for anything. Close to restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket, shopping and for those who like to walk a little, it is also possible to go to the beach on foot. Very pleasant leisure area. Very well trained and polite building staff. A peaceful stay, as we planned.

Wonderful place, all the necessary items available, organized, clean and beautiful decoration, super quiet check-in, easy access to delivery, Cíntia is always very helpful, responds quickly and clearly. The second floor bedroom gave us the feeling of being in another environment, something like a cabin/chalet. We love the space and want to return soon. The only addendum is regarding the privacy of the jacuzzi, it would be interesting if there was a way to make it more private when it is a guest option, but nothing that disqualifies the space. A 10, even more so because I was asked to date in this wonderful place. 🥰

We went as 7 people, stayed a week and spent very pleasant days, even with the cold and some rainy days we enjoyed the stay a lot, it has a very good indoor space, a very comfortable large TV room and a great kitchen and barbecue. For those who go with pets, it's also really nice because the house is all fenced in, mine loved being able to run around the lawn outside. Host Rodrigo is also very attentive and responds super fast.

The house is delightful, great location, quiet street, super close to the beach and the grocery store. Practical, functional and fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher. TV room and dining room integrated with the kitchen. Great rooms and bathrooms. It doesn't have a garage, but you can park in front of the gate without any problems. I have a large car and it fit without any problems, the street is wide. I will be back for sure!

The house is delicious, the location is otima!! Marina is very accessible, it has helped us a lot with some questions we needed!! And hiring Claudia was essential, she is great, it helps very, very helpful and makes a delicious meal!! It's worth hiring it to compel the experience!!

The stay at Guilherme's house was excellent! The house is exactly as shown in the photos: very comfortable, well-equipped and impeccably clean. In addition, the condominium where it is located is a great differential. It has a market, bar, restaurant, gym and several leisure options, as well as direct access to the beach, with service included — which makes the experience even more practical and enjoyable. Access to both the condominium and the house was simple and quiet. Guilherme was always very attentive and quick to respond, which made us even more comfortable throughout the stay. I highly recommend the house for those who want to enjoy the coast of São Paulo with comfort and convenience.

We love the house, a haven in the middle of São Paulo and at the same time close to everything. We were very well attended by Paulo and well attended by Ci, who left the house prepared to receive us, super helpful and attentive. The house is cozy and you can feel the care in every detail. Well, first of all I don't even know what I liked most, whether it was the property or the charisma and friendliness of the hosts, I travel a lot and I've never seen a host as kind as Samir 👏 Right from the start, they made check-in and check-out flexible, which for us was PERFECT and they always responded to us very quickly. ABOUT THE HOUSE: sensational, it has all the utensils in the kitchen, I didn't miss absolutely anything, it even has drinking water and ice in the kitchen every day. The mattresses are comfortable, very clean bath towels, new soaps in all the en-suites, complete bedding and excellent quality furniture. SAFETY: 10 stars, we went to the beach and left the whole house open and didn't even touch the doors, The condominium is super quiet, we only heard the sound of birds. We will certainly return. Gratitude❤️

The apartment matches the description very well. There's a supermarket very close, 150 meters from the location. The beach is three blocks from the apartment... The view is exceptional and panoramic. I liked that it has a grill and everything can be bought very close by

Great place for trips with family or friends! Good location, wide balcony and in front of the waterfront, just cross the street! Well equipped kitchen, airy, large rooms, excellent option to spend days in Guarujá! I went with children and adults and I only have good points! The host responds whenever necessary during the stay!
