What a joy to be able to return to this apartment! My second experience was as amazing as the first, if not better. The attention to detail is remarkable, especially the impeccable cleanliness of the entire space. I was impressed by the perfection of the windows in the bedrooms and the balcony, without any stains at all.

The apartment is simply wonderful, with a stunning view that makes the stay even more special. We found clean linens, fragrant towels and an extremely well-equipped kitchen, with everything we could need. We were delighted with the affection of the reception, we were surprised with a treat upon arrival, a gesture that made all the difference. Murilo, a thoughtful and very helpful host, was always available to assist us in whatever we needed. Without a doubt, it was an excellent experience. We're looking forward to coming back soon!

The stay was excellent! The apartment was spotless, clean, well organized and exactly as shown in the photos. Cozy atmosphere, well maintained and with everything we need for a comfortable stay. Super recommend and would definitely return!

Gizele and her husband were life savers and their apartment was beautiful as was just as listed. Our original booking cancelled at the last minute and we had no where to stay. Gizele was accommodating and very communicative. The location is convenient to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. We will be back.

Impeccable apartment. Extremely clean and organized. I live in Guarujá and rented it to receive my family, because the location is literally perfect for those who do not want to use a car and at the same time enjoy all the best that the city has to offer. Several food options nearby, pharmacy, kiosks and shopping. I recommend

It was a wonderful stay! The atmosphere is really as described, super appropriate for a couple, the view doesn't even need comments, wonderful. And because it is in front of the sea and on the avenue, we were surprised by the silence in the apartment. The surroundings also help a lot, as everything is close by, we didn't take the car out for anything, lol. I'm sure I'll be back soon.

João was very solicitous and attentive from the beginning. The view from the apartment is amazing, the apartment was clean and very comfortable, the building staff were super attentive and kind, I loved every second.

We really like the space. The house is very well suited to the number of people indicated and is very complete with regard to utensils and appliances. The staff who attended to us was wonderful.

The house is beautiful and super spacious, it was clean, fragrant. It has air-conditioning in all the rooms and also has all the necessary kitchen utensils, including a portable water filter. We love the hot tub because it is heated and allows you to enjoy the outdoor space and the barbecue even more, even in winter. The place is close to the beach, SESC and also has a market that has everything about 2 blocks away, you can do everything on foot. We went as a couple + 2 sausage dogs, and Bertioga beach in May is super quiet, we were able to enjoy it a lot with them, in addition to being lucky to have a weekend with a really cool event "Atlantic Forest Festival" free with typical food and very good music! From the beginning, Guilherme was super attentive. We thank you immensely and we will definitely be back.

The house is beautiful. The Host has excellent taste… we fell in love with the pool, barbecue and kitchen… Very spacious room, everything very clean and organized. The rooms, all with air-conditioning in perfect condition.

The whole house is clean, the garden is perfect, the pool is clean, everything is well taken care of! Guilherme was always attentive and polite, responded quickly, shared very clear check-in and check-out information, and provided a guide to the condominium and region to improve the stay. Simply a 1000. Exactly as in the photos, very close to the beach and the beach was very quiet and clean. We were very comfortable in the house and felt really at home. My dogs loved the big lawn! The Bertioga clover pastel nearby is a great fish shop! We'll be back for sure. And Patricia is always willing to help us. The only inconvenience was a party that was happening on the next street, but that doesn't discredit the house at all because it can happen anywhere.

The stay at Mr. Jose's residence was perfect! He, as a person, was always willing to answer me and answered questions, sent suggestions for places to have lunch and places to go, beaches to visit, what to do, and even more about me, who had a puppy, he was super "pet friendly". I was able to enjoy it well with my wife and dog. Besides the place being wonderful, waking up to the birds singing, we feed them, a house with lots of greenery.... I have nothing but praise for both the place and Mr. Jose. Everything is perfect! I recommend it and will come back again!

House very comfortable and with a wonderful view. The pictures can't show everything and we were positively surprised when we arrived at the site. Luana, which has been with us throughout the stay, very good cuisine, is super attentive and made our experience even more special.

The space is comfortable, clean and quiet. I've always had a quick return from hosts. The apartment is close to everything, not needing a car for anything, but since I was by car, I went to the mall, but it's close, that uber wouldn't be expensive. There was only 1 service elevator that is used to take trash, change, go and come back from the beach and/or pool, so sometimes we wait for more than 10 minutes, but that is not the fault of the host or there is nothing to do. As it is a stay, it doesn't get in the way. For two people, I found a little more expensive than other nearby opportunities, but those who want convenience and close to everything, pay for it. I wanted to give me this luxury, because it was a vacation.

It was worth every penny! I look forward to coming back. Simply impeccable apartment, fragrant, clean! Book Santos wonderful team and 100% available to assist at any time. Very good location, NEXT to a market, great restaurants. Anyway, nothing but praise!
