The house is 55 m: living room, integrated pantry and kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor, Santos Dumont staircase to the mezzanine, with two single beds and double mattress. It is in a small condominium, with a common swimming pool. On the one hand, “old school” lodging does not have: TV, microwave, bedding, bath; on the other hand, it has Wi-Fi (450 mega), air conditioning (ground floor), umbrella and chairs.
