Super organized house, with various household items. Heated pool and jacuzzi working perfectly. Kelly, the host, always responded quickly and made me feel super comfortable. Highly recommended! Don't be afraid to rent.

Our stay was simply amazing! The house is beautiful, super organized, clean and equipped with absolutely everything you may need — from kitchen utensils to small details that make all the difference. The location is excellent, a few meters from the beach and in a super quiet area. We were received with great attention by Mr. Paulo and Mrs. Adelaide, Fabiola's parents, who introduced us to the house, gave us all the tips and made us feel at home from the first moment. During the stay, we count on the help of Neide, who went to the house each morning to help us with the cleaning. Always very friendly and efficient, left everything impeccable — a sure indication of Fabiola, which we also recommend! And the view… what a wonderful view! A real getaway to rest, recharge and enjoy good times with family and friends. No doubt, a place to come back many and many times. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

We loved the stay, spacious house, full kitchen, very clean and well maintained, quiet location, close to the beach, the caretaker was always available for requests, he kindly provided us with two more beach chairs and a sun umbrella, which helped us a lot. I recommend it, close to everything, bakery, bars, supermarkets. Anyway, great value for money. Rob responds promptly to messages and requests. Our gratitude!

A surprise from start to finish! Everything was impeccably clean, organized and cozy. Grace and her husband, Marcio, are always very attentive and caring. The place is exactly as shown in the photos and, if that were possible, even cuter. In addition to being super close to the wine route and about 10 minutes from the Goes winery, which I believe is the main choice in terms of guided tours, etc. For those who don't like to drive at night, I strongly recommend that you arrive before dark, the road, although paved, is quite winding and in some parts there is no lighting, the entrance to the ranch and the cottage is also very dark, so it can be a little difficult to find the way the first time you go there. But this is not a complaint, just a suggestion for daytime drivers, lol. Amamos a lot!

Good house, beautiful and in a quiet place. I think it's a good stay for 4 people. We were at 6 and on the dining table there are only 4 seats and 4 chairs, as well as some cooking utensils such as cups of tea. Because they had 2 children in the group and in the holiday mood, we didn't mind eating sitting on the floor of the room and supporting the plate on the coffee table. It was not a surprise as we saw in the photos, but depending on the group, it could be an important point. We can't use the jacuzzi because it takes a long time to warm up and can't start with the house's electric shower as the di-junctor falls. When we came back from the beach in the late afternoon, there was always someone wanting to take a shower and take the sand out of the body before entering the jacuzzi, so we couldn't keep it on for a long enough heat. With the cold water, no one entered, unfortunately. It would be interesting if they could improve the electrical issue to correct this.

Casa marvellous!! Flawless structure and really very close to the beach, I indicate with my eyes closed and we will be back. Special Agency Sara, housekeeper and employee, a loving person, mega helpful, polite, punctual and a full-handed cook!!

It is hard to put in words how amazing it was to stay with Beth. First of, she has a heart of gold, by far the best host I met through airbnb. She was always available when I needed anything and promptly responded to my requests. I felt completely at home at her place. Truly like a home out of home. The garden is a delight, an oasis of beauty and peace. The neighborhood is amazing, full of great shops, restaurants and bars, yet the house was very quiet. The accommodations far succeeded my expectations. I will definitely come back here when staying in Sao Paulo. Thank you so much, Beth for an unforgettable stay!

Adilson is a superhost with a full hand, he is kind, quick to respond, helpful, it was excellent! The house was super clean, well equipped, everything working, with stove, oven, microwave, sandwich maker, hairdryer, etc., everything as in the photos. It has a good barbecue and an excellent heated whirlpool, fits 4 people. It has two bathrooms, a very good internal one, the other is external and smaller, it even has a shower but it does not have a box separating it from the toilet. The house is located within a condominium with a very nice clubhouse with a swimming pool, game room and fitness equipment. The site has good access despite having a stretch with a dirt road. The houses in the condominium are very close but it is very calm and quiet, except for the train that passes by whistling even during the night.

Second time staying at the home of Carolina and Pablo. The condominium is safe, very close to São Paulo, making it an easy getaway for good times. The house is beautiful, has different spaces that allow different activities, for those who need silence/privacy and for those who want to enjoy TV/swimming pool without getting in the way. Even on a cold, rainy day, the jacuzzi was perfect for fun with friends. The house is well equipped, the number of rooms serves a lot of people who do not want to rent spaces that only work with bunk beds. Communication with Pablo and Tatiana was easy, fast and efficient. I recommend and hope to come back!

In a gated community with a guardhouse and security in a huge area, We found the cabin wide open, in a lush, inviting, harmonious landscape, It's one of those places to call "yours"

Beautiful cabin! Calm and peaceful moment, both inside and outside the cabin... it has everything you need for the kitchen, everything is very well marked and with instructions, there was even a heater in the bed! Very careful, incredible! Great for enjoying the wine route and a rest in São Roque!

The cabin is rustic, easily accessible and well-equipped to welcome guests. Everything was working perfectly and the host, Marcelo, provided all the necessary guidance. We had a minor setback with the digital lock on arrival, but he promptly responded to the message and the issue was quickly resolved. Some important points to consider: The place is ideal for a couple. With more than two people, it can get crowded. It is not recommended for people with mobility difficulties, especially because of the stairs — especially the one that gives access to the double bed. The cabin is not very isolated; there are other houses nearby. However, this was not a problem for us. The location is excellent: it is less than 10 minutes from the city and about 30 minutes from Parque da Nascente do Tietê. We even ordered pizza from a nearby place that delivered directly to the cabin door. In short, we had a very pleasant time and enjoyed the place a lot. I recommend it!
