Peaceful place, with basic utensils for small meals, such as a breakfast. The place is good for people who are only looking for a place to sleep, take a bath … which was our case and met super well. Since it is surrounded by nature, it has quite a few mosquitoes spider, but nothing that bothers. There there had those electric repellents and super worked. Bed linen and towels were clean and comfortable. The house is on the other side of the runway, but it is very close to the center and the beach.

I had the pleasure of staying in one of Milton's locations and the experience was wonderful! From the time of arrival, he was extremely welcoming and attentive, making me and my wife feel at home. Renting from Ivete allowed me to live the life of a 100% Brazilian. She guided me and you can travel by bike from the beach to the house. Everything is super functional. I toured beaches and supermarkets that provide you with everything from food by weight to frozen food. I visited a fair on Saturday. The sun sets almost into the sea, a beautiful spectacle. I recommend it to anyone who wants to have a quiet, comfortable and magical vacation.

My stay was wonderful! The host is very helpful, attentive, friendly, a great listener and an excellent conversationalist. She understands different cultures, which makes the service even more empathetic and welcoming. The house is authentic, full of character and very well looked after. Every detail is thoughtfully designed, with many handmade items made by herself. The environment is clean, comfortable and quiet. The bed is great, with pillows of different heights and a perfect lamp for reading or resting. There is a structure for studying, storing clothes and relaxing in comfort. The location is also excellent: there is a market, pharmacy, commercial buildings and many restaurants nearby — from Arabic to Italian cuisine — as well as several delicious bakeries. I highly recommend it!

For those who seek accommodation at very high levels of care for the environment, cleanliness, safety, good taste and especially receptivity, this is one of the best to which I was pleased to have stayed. Dona Sibeli always attentive in communications via platform, and especially her husband, Mr. Armando, to which he received me, was one of unbreakable kindness, care and attention. I stayed to go to a show at MorumBis and I don't regret it! Great location, close to restaurants, subway and bakery. The accommodation is super cozy, everything is very organized and clean. The hostess welcomed me in a warm and kind manner. Returning to São Paulo, I will certainly stay there again!

An incredible stay - Bryce and I felt lucky to experience the gorgeous home of Aida and Bill - our space had cool air, a great kitchen, a hot shower, and the terrace was amazing. We loved having coffee out there enjoying the views of the city, the plants around us, colorful designs of the patio, meeting the kitties when they were around. It is perfectly located in a beautiful neighborhood with a grocery store a block away and many food places and options for drinking/dancing. Aida gave us great recommendations too ;D Muito obrigada por tudo!!

The location is excellent and the room is great. I just wish I could have stayed in an air-conditioned room, but there wasn't available. The room gets hot especially when windows are closed at bedtime. I felt hot even on cold days when everything was closed. So the ceiling fan had to stay on constantly.

It was a great experience, Leandro and the whole family were extremely attentive and loving to me. I felt very welcomed. The space is very good, very well equipped with everything working perfectly. The shower is very nice and the bed is very comfortable. The kitchen has the necessary essentials, very convenient. The place is very calm and quiet to allow good rest. There is a very good shopping mall nearby and a supermarket, bakery, and laundry within walking distance.

My experience at Nanci's accommodation was impeccable. I had a great reception with the owner Eunice, who has been working at the house for many years, super attentive and helpful. I stayed in one of the suites, everything was absolutely clean and organized, the atmosphere in general is wonderful, very well cared for and brings a feeling of coziness while you feel like you're in a chic and well cared for house. I will definitely stay with Nanci the next time I go to São Paulo and need accommodation in this area. I recommend it 100%.

The Casa Verde nook is the perfect accommodation for those who want to rest and enjoy nature! Tia Rê and Vanessa are sweethearts, have a great energy and are always with a smile on ♥️ their faces, Auntie's jellies are the best and waking up in the bush with a warm coffee, the noise of nature and a good company make with life worthwhile... I will definitely return other times with my husband who also loved the space. A home is a home regardless of where it is and that's how I felt in this stay, I was sad to leave but I take great moments and laughs with me. P.S: follow the tips and bring repellent in cream, mine saved me very much

My mother stayed here for a few months and Marcos was incredibly kind to her and took care of her. At first my mom was a little worried about her stay because she is afraid of cats and there were two very friendly cats in the courtyard next to the apartment, but she got used to it and Marcos made sure that any concerns she had were addressed. He even sent her brownies and a gift when she left to remember Brazil. He and his wife and very kind people.
