Vacation rentals with beach access in Santa Rosa Island

Super clean, super friendly, answered all of my questions immediately, and gave me all the information I needed in perfect timing.

This was a great couples get away and a great location ! Would definitely stay again!!

Great stay! This is our second time staying in this building. The view was great. Everything was exactly as listed. Easy walk to the beach. Pool was nice. Great perks staying at sandestin resort. The wagon with chairs, umbrellas was very nice and handy to have provided with the stay. It made it so easy to take things down to the beach. Would definitely stay again! There was also kids sand toys available so if you have kids they have toys provided for the beach with the chairs and umbrella.

Simona’s place was very neat and tidy and smelled fresh upon our arrival. It was very easy to find and was a short walk to the beautiful private beach. We loved that the unit was on the 1st floor and were able to access the pool easily or listen to live music on our back patio. The beds were very comfortable and overall a great sized space for 4-6 people. I only wish we could’ve stayed longer to play some pickleball or tennis too. I would highly recommend this stay and we hope to be back in the future! 😊

Alma and Michael were wonderful hosts! They were so responsive for every question and they provided helpful information and recommendations. The place was small as expected but all that we needed and we slept so well! The beach was located a short walk away and they even provided us with great beach chairs and umbrella. We would definitely come back for a quiet getaway.

Excellent stay

Absolutely loved the stay! Home was clean and tidy! Walkable to some restaurants and a 15 minute walk to the beach. Also so nice they had some beach supplies in closet such as beach chairs and towels and some beach toys. Very quiet and relaxing. Masiero was very responsive and friendly, Would stay again!

. Mike and Shari are welcoming hosts and easy to communicate with. This is a great place! lt's clean, comfortable and peaceful. It's well stocked with everything you need. It's in walking distance of the beach and it has beautiful views of the Bay. This was our second time here and we definitely plan on coming back.

John was a wonderful host!!! I would definitely stay again. The house is very nice and has everything you need. The neighborhood is upscale and quiet!! All the neighbors were very friendly and spoke passing by on their boats as well as when we passed by on ours!! They even recommended places to fish and that was very helpful.

We stayed at Bleu for a few days right as school was out. It was a great gathering place for our family, and so close to the beach! The teens could easily and safely walk to the beach.

Just Wowsers! RJ's home was so much more than the pictures. All the amenities needed for a relaxing Beach vacation, away from the mayhem. Loved the openness of the home. There wasn't one thing missing. Hoping to book this location again and bring a few family members next time. Thanks RJ. you are definitely a SUPERHOST!!!

Joey was an outstanding host from start to finish. His hospitality and attention to detail truly set this stay apart. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that he put a lot of thought into making the space welcoming and comfortable. There were so many thoughtful touches throughout the home that made me feel right at ease. The place itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a very relaxing atmosphere. It was the perfect getaway spot. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and everything I needed was readily available. One of the biggest highlights was the pool—it was absolutely amazing. Clean, private, and perfect for lounging or taking a dip to unwind. Joey really went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Communication was quick and helpful, and he made sure I had everything I needed. I’ve stayed in quite a few Airbnbs, and this experience ranks at the top. Five stars all the way—I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for

This was a beautiful and very clean home. It was just like the pictures showed. It had games for the kids to play if you had kids. Washer/dryer, stuff for the beach, the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was stock with everything except coffee. oops, but that was not a problem. It is just a few minutes from tow. We would for sure recommend this house to anyone. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a relaxing yet fun stay at Jenny and Kenny’s beach house with our family. Great location, wonderfully furnished with windows in every room. Well stocked kitchen staples and everything you would need for the beach. Bunk bed room was perfect for kids and pac-man arcade and foosball were a hit! Enjoy dinner on the back outdoor table while you watch a sunset and then play a round of jenga! Would definitely stay again!

We will definitely book another stay in the future. Laura was a wonderful host and the house was beautiful. We had a wonderful stay.

Mike is the best host I have dealt with. checking in on us to see if everything was OK, did we need anything etc. the place was perfect for a couple. quiet. right across the street from the beach. we couldn't have asked for anything better. Will definitely stay there again if we come back to this area. thank you Mike!!!

“This trip was all about catching up with old friends, and this Airbnb made it unforgettable. We had game nights, home-cooked dinners, and plenty of beach time. We had the BEST girls’ weekend in Destin, and this Airbnb was a huge part of that. Super cute decor, comfy beds, and a fully stocked kitchen. The location is unbeatable—literally a quiet location,Beautiful ocean views,2-minute walk to the beach, and close to restaurants and shops. The beach was right across the street, and we loved hanging out by the pool in the afternoons. Loved the balcony view and how easy check-in was. such a nice touch!The hosts were responsive and thoughtful. Highly recommend for friends and families!”

We absolutely loved staying here! There was a tram to take us to the beach but when we decided to drive ourselves the parking for the beach was very easy and less than 5 min walk to the beach. Also when we had questions he answered quickly and was very helpful. We would definitely stay again!

We had a great experience with Justin. Easy check-in, condo was as described, and simple check out procedures. Would stay again!

The condo was the best we have stayed in. The furniture upgrades both inside and out were a nice unexpected surprise as they weren’t shown in the booking photos. The bed might be the most comfortable ever made! My only complaint, and it’s not really a complaint, is the beach service is a little confusing. You do get chairs and umbrella included but to insure a front row you need to be on the beach early and talking with the guy putting out the chairs about securing some, it’s first come first serve on ones that aren’t reserved. You can also pay $15.00 extra a day to reserve a set. The beach service guy was awesome and took great care of us all week. Highly recommended! Oh, and the pool was not heated and in first of May was a little cool but certainly is of no fault of the owner.

My husband and I had a great time in Destin and this unit was perfect for what we needed! We loved that the balcony gets shade most of the day so we could sit out there and not be burning up. We loved how many restaurants and activities there were to do around the area. Very communicative and checked in on us when we arrived. Definitely recommend!

Sharon’s condo was very clean and just as described on the site. She provided plenty of beach and bathroom linens plus laundry soap, washer and dryer. Had plenty of closet and drawer space to store clothes for the week. Provided some snacks, coffee and tea which were very welcoming on our arrival. I would definitely recommend her condo and would go there again.

We had the best stay at Aaron’s condo. It was beautiful, clean, in the best spot on the beach, and came with so many unexpected extras like beach toys, boogie boards, ice packs, back pack cooler, laundry detergent, & more! The mattress was so comfortable! We will be booking here again for sure. Thanks for a great stay!
