Perfect home for 4 adults and child. There were a few toys provided which my child loved. Easy entry and exit. Only 20 minutes from the beach and 10-15 minutes away from everything we wanted to do in the city. I would definitely stay here again.

This home was so comfortable for me and my family! Basic essentials were available, very clean, and plenty of space for everyone to have a great time. Great place to make some memories!

Overall great stay. Super convenient and close to all of our desired destinations. Clean home and very spacious. Loved the fact a washer and dryer was included in the home since we spent everyday at the beach. Definitely recommend to anyone considering.

Every detail was considered. It was a very comfortable spot due to location, clean smell and appearance, and basic toiletry supplies. Everything was decorated and arranged in extremely good taste.

Just Wowsers! RJ's home was so much more than the pictures. All the amenities needed for a relaxing Beach vacation, away from the mayhem. Loved the openness of the home. We can’t say enough good things about LEISURE AWAITS!! The house was so warm and welcoming! We felt right at home for the entire trip! It was decorated beautifully and had lots of amenities! The master bathroom looked like it belonged in a 5-Star spa! The double shower was amazing! The patio was gorgeous as well! With a nice fire pit and decorative lighting! And lastly, the kids enjoyed the game setup in the garage!! We also used some of the beach stuff like umbrella, sand castle toys, chairs, etc. That was very convenient having that on hand! Such a thoughtful setup! I’m saving this listing because we WILL be staying here again in the future if it’s available!! Thanks again for opening your home to my family! Great spot. Quick and accurate communication from host thru the stay. Fit my needs perfectly, and i will be back next year. Water access was great. (Please if you are considering letting your kids play in the water, it gets deep quickly and the current can be quite swift)

Truth be said - We came to Milton to attend a funeral. The space was private, welcoming and very nice. We immediately felt relaxed and got the best rest we’d had all week. Happy we found this place (and the hosts are wonderful too) & we will be back!

The room was really nice and spacious. It was a few mins from the beach. It had a really good seafood restaurant right down the street. The best part was the pool being outside your door. They had everything you would need including children’s toys and life vests. We enjoyed our stay and plan to visit again.

The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The location was perfect. Just a short drive to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions, but still tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. Our host was incredibly responsive, and helpful with recommendations. You can tell they put a lot of care into making the space welcoming for guests. I especially appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, beach gear, and a well-stocked kitchen. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area. I would and will absolutely book again!

This place is exactly as described. Photos are up to date and accurate, location is very conveniently placed and quiet for late evening relaxation. The property is actually a lot more spacious than what it appears in the photos and we were extremely grateful for that. The Host(s) are very responsive and make check in/out very painless, I would recommend them to anyone! Definitely plan to return here in the near future!

This was the perfect no frills, clean, comfy and secure place for my pup and I to stay while in the area. Vickie was amazing! Very responsive and communicative, and she has gone above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. My dog LOVED roaming the huge grassy area. Everything was clean, bed was comfy. Great place to stay- especially if you’re traveling with your fur baby. Off the beaten path, but not too far! Will definitely stay again! Highly recommend, and will definitely consider coming back!

loved our stay! such a beautiful & clean home inside and out! the hosts were wonderful and responded so quickly! they also have an elevator if you are handicapped which really came in helpful when we had my mother-in-law over! loved the amenities and everything that it offered. can't wait to stay again!

Absolutely loved the place and it is definitely just like the photos. Stephanie was very helpful for everything we needed and quickly responded to messages even while she was away. The town was fun not much free things to do around like other florida towns but definitely still worth it

The community, absolutely adorable! The house, just as pictured! The most well stocked AirBnb we’ve stayed in! I’m picky on cleanliness and the only thing I could suggest would be carpet cleaning the area rugs but other than that, everything was spotless and clean! The host was very responsive and helpful. Just a couple of houses down and you’re at a walking path in Gulf Shores State Park. We felt incredibly safe, with four kids that’s top priority for us. Just a short drive to many beautiful beach access points. Close to restaurants, activities and shopping but tucked away in a calm and quiet neighborhood. Will absolutely book again! ☀️

I’ve stayed at Jerod’s place 3 or 4 times over the last 10 years and always find it refreshing and peaceful. It’s the perfect getaway especially for urban folks as the stillness and beautiful views along with the farm animals ate a far cry from city living. I brought a friend along this time and she also was impressed by the beauty and had fun meeting the animals for the first time especially the hens who peered through the door first thing in the morning. 😂Highly recommend.
