Vacation rentals with a patio in Santa Rosa Island

This place is really lovely.Everything is in there for comfortable staying.Stores and restaurants are around.Gorgeous pool.Beach is 10 mins by car.

Everything was wonderful and as presented. Beautiful and sleek. Great getaway for two. Bay beach and pier right outside the back door.

Our stay at Kathy Bell’s condo in Sans Souci Room 308 was absolutely amazing—truly better than we expected. The room was clean, comfortable, and offered a breathtaking view right on the beach. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying coffee on the balcony was a highlight of our trip. Kathy was a great host and made everything seamless from start to finish. It was genuinely hard to pack up and leave when our vacation ended. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

This condo was perfect for a couple get away. It was quiet and peaceful. Located at the end of the building on 6th floor so no noise! We watched the sun raise at the front balcony area that was private and then dinner with sunset on the main balcony! All days on the beach with great access AND THE BEACH WAS BEAUTIFUL AS EMERALD COAST NEVER DISAPPOINTS! Host were constantly in touch and available by email. We had everything we needed to cook our meals and store food. The combo oven was a special touch with it being a oven, toaster, and air fryer! WOW! Coffee pot was both pot brewer and k-cup. We were very pleased with this condo! Thank you guys for a wonderful week!

I went to Lee’s house primarily to see the Blue Angels practice. The house was great. Very clean, with everything you need on a stay. I appreciated the fact she accepts dogs so I was able to bring mine with me not having to use Rover. He enjoyed the fenced back yard. Thanks, Lee!

We had a great family vacation! Caroline made the stay with kids so easy! She had everything we could have possibly needed available for use! Very helpful and responsive when we needed anything or had questions! Would definitely stay here again!

One of the best stays ive had. Quiet location with plenty of space. My girlfriend and i had a perfect staycation here at the pine house and would absolutely do it again.

Overall great stay. Super convenient and close to all of our desired destinations. Clean home and very spacious. Loved the fact a washer and dryer was included in the home since we spent everyday at the beach. Definitely recommend to anyone considering.

Staying at this house the night before my wedding was the perfect fit. It was a beautiful clean space that my girls and I could get ready in and sleep well before wedding day. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We can’t say enough good things about LEISURE AWAITS!! The house was so warm and welcoming! We felt right at home for the entire trip! It was decorated beautifully and had lots of amenities! The master bathroom looked like it belonged in a 5-Star spa! The double shower was amazing! The patio was gorgeous as well! With a nice fire pit and decorative lighting! And lastly, the kids enjoyed the game setup in the garage!! We also used some of the beach stuff like umbrella, sand castle toys, chairs, etc. That was very convenient having that on hand! Such a thoughtful setup! I’m saving this listing because we WILL be staying here again in the future if it’s available!! Thanks again for opening your home to my family! We loved this place and the backyard! Conveniently close to everything we needed but far enough away to be peaceful and have a home-y feel. We would stay here again if we ever return to Navarre!

Had a great stay at Amy's Seamist condo. The view from the balcony right on the beach can't be beat, the condo was nice and comfortable, in great condition. The beach was not crowded at all (rare for 30A), and having a beach setup come with the rental automatically was very nice. Amy was very communicative and accommodating. We will absolutely stay there again.

It was super cute and comfortable. Very peaceful. Walking distance to beach. Had snacks, water, sodas, coffee, creamer, and sugar. I highly recommend this place.

We stayed at Preston and Sarah Kate’s for Memorial Day weekend with our 1 year old and we had an amazing time. I was so impressed by how detailed all of the instructions were and the convenience of have a site we can refer to that answered an questions we would have, including local recommendations. The best part of all is that this place is literally across the street from the beach entrance and has a quiet area reserved for guests. Preston and Sarah Kate have everything you’ll need for the beach which makes it super convenient for traveling without the worry of overpacking or buying things you’ll only need once. Can’t recommend this place more! Look forward to our next stay!

Diane’s place was absolutely perfect. She seemingly anticipated our needs and provided so many extras that frankly, I don’t see in Airbnb’s anymore. I recommend this place without any hesitation. Thank you Diane for a wonderful experience!

Mike is the best host I have dealt with. checking in on us to see if everything was OK, did we need anything etc. the place was perfect for a couple. quiet. right across the street from the beach. we couldn't have asked for anything better. This bnb was prefect for our Fort Walton vacation! It was clean, comfortable, and had a GORGEOUS view! 10/10 would recommend staying here! Nothing beats having breakfast on the balcony listening to the waves crash!

Condo was very nice and clean! The view was amazing and loved watching the dolphins in the morning.
