Condo vacation rentals in San Juan

It's all about the view, when you enter you feel like your floating on the water you see nothing but the ocean out the windows. Everything about the unit is great, well stocked, comfy bed, beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler. Easy access to a beach without crowds and walkable to the hotspots in Condado. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here for a few weeks while in PR to visit family and friends. Location isn’t too far from the highway and 10-15 minutes from more tourist-y areas like La Placita, La Isla Verde, y Condado etc (if those areas suit you). Otherwise, Nelson + Natalia’s place is in a pretty quiet area of Hato Rey (you can hear planes and the train but isn’t very disruptive). Staying here was great, very convenient and comfortable! Felt like I was at home. Would definitely stay here again.

Book it. If you think you need to see more options, you dont! This is THE PLACE TO STAY. What an increible few days we had. Harry’s home is exactly like the photos, and absolutely everything you need is available. There is water available to you in the fridge upon arrival, but if you need any more supplies the supermarket is just a short walk away. Nothing beats waking up to that view and being right on the beach. The balcony, the chairs, the hammock, the bed, the tv, the Breville coffee machine, the bathroom, THE SHAMPOO BODY WASH AND CONDITIONER 10/10!!! We’ll be talking about this place for a while. I will definitely be back to this apartment in Isla Verde. Thank you again for a magnificent stay!!!

Amazing Stay! My wife and I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb . The place was spotless, peaceful, and extremely well-organized. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. We truly felt at home and appreciated the calm atmosphere, which made it perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The host clearly put a lot of care into the details, and it made all the difference. Highly recommended!! we would definitely stay here again!

I stayed at Lauren's place while attending a conference at the convention center. The walk to the convention center was very easy and quick. I also felt safe walking by myself. Lauren left super clear instructions on how to get inside and park -- so check-in was a breeze. This was especially great since we were arriving so late at night. The apartment was super cute and SO CLEAN! Probably the cleanest air bnb I have visited. She also provided a snorkel and beach towels, and I was able to walk to Playita del Condado for a quick snorkel and swim after the conference. I had so much fun and would definitely book this place again if I ever get to return for a conference. Thank you!

Maitee’s place was absolutely amazing! Cannot get a more perfect location than this. Super close to everything we needed to get to throughout our stay. So many places near the Airbnb that were walkable and if we needed a car the locations were under 15 minutes. Overall the place was completely spotless. Power did go out once in the hallways which we took the stairs but that’s not under anyone’s control and it was back fairly quickly. However, no complaints! 10/10. I’d not only recommend but definitely would return back to this place!

Wow the Condo is beautiful beachfront views the place is very well setup with pretty much everything you need. Great location not far from old San Juan. All restaurants around are delicious no need to rent a car nor anything for beach Milly has everything you need 4 types of coolers beach towels chairs and umbrella. Her kitchen is stocked with some of your essentials bathroom is fully stocked. Kitchen is nicely stocked with everything you need Milly shows you where everything is and how to plug into generator if needed we didn't need it. The views are breathtaking waiting sunrises and sunsets from your bed is everything locals and other traveling guests are friendly. Great drinks all-round 2 bars with kitchen right outside of pool before beach. Beach is directly in front 8 steps away. We will definitely be back again soon. If you book don't let the outside of building scare you it's in desperate need of attention but the Condo inside is hands down beautiful you will enjoy stay.

This place was very clean, smelled great, and comfortable. There were 4 of us stayed at this place and it was perfect for us. Having a stove and microwave was very helpful. The Roku tv was a nice touch. The beds were super comfy.

A comfortable, clean, private and cozy place. Osvaldo was always attentive and made sure we had a good time. We're grateful for his attention and kindness. Thank you for being such a great host. We loved this place!! The location is great. A two minute walk from to the beach and several places to eat on the strip. There’s a 24 pharmacy across the street and a Grocery store five minutes away in an uber. I would most def recommend this Airbnb!!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication seamless. The location was perfect, with easy access to great restaurants and attractions. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

All in all it was a great experience I would highly recommend although we lost power one day it came back on when it was expected and the loss of not having laundry was also unfortunate but other then that it was exactly how I expected it the views from the master are beautiful the marble floors are a nice touch the ac blasts!! The new tv is beautiful not as mesmerizing as the beach in the backyard!!! Would definitely stay again thank you very much!!

The place was spacious and it had everything we needed. Gate to enter building and door locks to unit made us feel pretty safe. Very close to Escambron Beach, Old San Juan, and airport, which gave us time to do other things. The surrounding area is part of a revitilization project which will enhance location even more.

What a great place! From the moment we booked the reservation to the moment we checked out, Arturo communicated with us every step of the way, providing us with very clear instructions on how to access the condo, activity recommendations, even where to find essentials at the local grocery store. The condo itself was very clean and incredibly secure, with 24/7 security. It met all of our needs and matches the pictures exactly. If we ever have the opportunity to visit Puerto Rico again, I'll absolutely check for availability here. Thank you Arturo for making our first trip that much more enjoyable!

Brenda's Airbnb property was exactly as described, the check-in process was seamless and independent, and the apartment was clean. The beach was a short walk from the apartment although I took the long way there on my first walk and made a wrong turn that extended my walk back on my last day. I cannot say enough about how extremely comfortable the bed and pillows were, which are two of the 3-5 most important things for me when traveling. The only issue I had was lukewarm shower water; however, the strong shower ( another most important thing) pressure made it bearable. The sink water did not get hot, and due to plumbing challenges, it was strongly recommended to not flush any tissue, etc., down the toilet. The property is a close vicinity to the airport and many food options, with a supermarket also nearby. I thoroughly enjoyed my first visit to Isla Del Encanto (Island of Enchantment), and Brenda's Airbnb contributed to that.

The place was beautiful, elevators worked quickly, she had everything we needed to accommodate us for the beach. The place was clean and was perfect for us. Would love to come again

Jose's place is amazing! His attention to detail is unmatched. We had everything we needed right there in the apartment! It's in a great centralized location making it easy to get around! I would definitely stay here again!

I always stay in this building whenever I visit PR. This was my first time staying in this apartment and it was wonderful. The view is amazing and I was so lucky to wake up to it everyday. Central location and appreciated the 24/7 security.

Very responsive. Instructions were clear and accurate. Place was clean and exactly as described. Very roomy, plenty of closet space, mirrors and great natural light. Only had 2 staying in the room but 4 could stay comfortably. Great location very close to beaches, shopping, food and night life. Walkable area. Only area that could use improvement would be the pool maintenance/cleanliness. Water was clear just needed to be skimmed and vacuumed. I reached out with concerns and it was taken care of the next day. I would stay here again.
