We loved our getaway at Victor’s place! The location was great as it’s right on the beach and just steps to the pool from the 1st floor room! Victor was great at communicating and suggested many tips for a better stay and for great dining. There is a supermarket very close-by so we stocked up on goodies during our stay. We also loved taking the bus into Old San Juan and an Uber car ride was just a call away! We hope to return soon!

Beachfront Studio at the ESJ Towers Hotel

Great location, walking distance to supermarkets. restaurants , pharmacies, etc. Apartment was clean. Gym had decent equipment. Staff was friendly, and the parking was an added bonus. Easy access to the beach. The pool and bar were still undergoing renovations, but the beautifully renovated bar is due to open within a few days or so. There is also small game room with pool tables and a small coffee shop in the lobby with decent servings and reasonably priced. Overall, worth the stay and the price.

A well-lit bathroom features a modern design with a mirror above a sleek sink unit. Basic toiletries and fresh towels are provided. A neutral color palette enhances the spacious feel, while a toilet and small waste bin complete the functional layout.

Studio + Private Deck & Steps from Ocean Park!

This studio was located in a nice, mellow neighborhood of San Juan that is an easy walk away from the beach and shops/restaurants. The apartment is well appointed and has good window exposure and a nice deck where you can relax, get sun, etc. There’s ample parking on the street, which is great. Anyone with a Jeep should consider using the cheap and convenient gated parking on the property, since spare Jeep tires sometimes get stolen in PR. Gautam was a very good and responsive host and I would look forward to staying again sometime.

A spacious bedroom features a king-sized bed dressed in white linens. Soft lighting from nightstands enhance the simple decor, which includes wall art and a concrete ceiling. A window with horizontal slats allows natural light to fill the room, creating a comfortable ambiance.

Cozy 1-Bedroom APT + Private Outdoor Garden Oasis!

I thought that the apartment over-delivered on its promises and that Gautam was a responsive host. For example, Gautam gave me permission to drop off my bag before the official check-in time and, when I could not figure out how open the electronic lock to let myself out of the gated courtyard, he responded quickly with the resolution. The air conditioner in the bedroom worked brilliantly in cooling the room, creating white noise to offset street noise, & not acting as a bright night light in the room. The apartment was convenient to Ocean Beach, the Plaza Loiza supermarket, & many interesting restaurants. I recommend Kasalta for breakfast (coffee & a quesito) and Yambootik for dinner. A tip: the eastern end of Ocean Beach has a somewhat larger expanse of beach and thus draws in more people from the neighborhood at that spot. Gautam manages a number of properties in the neighborhood and could probably offer a room for various budgets. If I was to return, I would book 3 nights minimum.

The bathroom is equipped with a modern sink set into a light-colored countertop. A framed mirror reflects the well-lit space. Toiletries are organized on the shelf below, and a white towel is neatly hung on the wall, adding to the clean and functional design.

Spacious APT just steps away from beach

Nice unit in a central location. The bedroom is air conditioned while the bathroom, kitchen, and living room were not. It wasn't too hot in the other rooms in May, but it did mean that there were mosquitos around. Very close to the beach and not too bad of a walk to Condado to the west. There isn't much of a reason to walk east.

We enjoyed our stay at La Esmeralda! The unit was spacious and was in a great location near lots of restaurants in the Ocean Park neighborhood. Gautaum was a great host, he made sure we had everything we needed and provided extra blankets we requested. AC cooled the bedroom quickly when we returned from a day out. We would stay here again!
