It is a beautiful, modern and clean basement apartment in West Valley City, UT. Everything is brand new. Memory foam mattresses, high end appliances, granite counter top, tile bathroom, new washer and dryer and more.. Separate apartment for full privacy. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish studio space NO cleaning fees! The low price for a night is 1 person stays are most common here. Super quiet and clean space. This is a contactless stay. Great location for hiking and walking on the hill with amazing views. Close to hospitals: LDS, Shriner's, Primary Children, U of U, Huntsman. I regulate the AC and heat however there is a fan and heater. If you want more or less just ask. You can have a third guest I have a Full size futon.
