Cottage vacation rentals in Salt Lake City

Idyllic accommodation in a beautifully maintained backyard that's just steps away from an assortment of amenities in the 9th & 9th neighborhood. Spent a week in Kim's thoughtfully composed cottage. The property is modern and clean. Kim is a gracious and responsive host. I will favor her property for future Salt Lake City stays.

Great house, easy walk down to Main Street and super convenient to both park city and deer valley ski areas. Would absolutely stay here again.

What a wonderful little hidden oasis right in downtown SLC! The cottage is charmingly decorated, thoughtfully appointed, and very comfortable. The hot tub was clean and hot - a great way to wind down after a long drive. Wish we could have stayed longer. Hope to come back! Thanks for everything, Kay!

Had a great night stay with my wife and infant son. When we first got there we were unable to find the travel crib and Kay was quick to respond. She then brought us a travel crib and it worked great. Super clean place, with really cute decor. Loved the area and that it is so close to the Trax system. The jacuzzi was also very nice, clean and well maintained! Would stay here again if we were to come back. The only complaint that we have (but could very well be a user error) is that we couldn’t figure out how to use the coffee/keurig system. 😊 However, we usually are old school and use a French press at home so it was probably us.

We loved our stay at the Cottage. It was very comfortable and clean. We’ll equipped kitchen and warm fireplace. Bed/mattress was comfy. Bathroom and laundry were clean and nicely supplied with soaps /detergents/plenty of fresh linens. Loved the location just a short walk to the lift. Good parking. Very quiet location with beautiful views. Hosts were very responsive, pleasant, and helpful. Would stay again! Thank you!

This is the second time we've stayed at Paula's place and we can't recommend it enough. It is so charming and comfortable. It has everything you need and nothing you don't. It's simple and uncluttered. The beds are great. The kitchen is perfect. The couch is so comfy. The living space is open and full of light. Yes, the bathroom is small, but it worked fine for us! (And we loved the water pressure in the shower!) The backyard is glorious. The street is quiet. It's easy to walk to restaurants. We brought our dog and he loved it too. Salt Lake City is only a 40-minute drive to amazing skiing. The hiking in the city is great too. Paula is a wonderful host---if you text her, she answers right away. We love staying at this house.

Great area, easy walkable neighborhood, safe and quiet. We got into town a little early and were able to have early access to the house.

We had a great stay. My partner and I met our daughter for a long weekend. We only reached out to Katie once (we arrived a bit earlier than planned and were hoping to check in - she was quite accommodating), yet I have no doubt if we would have needed anything, she would have been immediately responsive. The house was exactly as described. The beds were comfortable and their were plenty of extra blankets (although we did not need them). The kitchen was very well appointed. Plenty of silverware, sharp knives, utensils, and cookware. The "extras" (e.g., plastic wrap, foil, food containers, cooking spray, coffee) were noticed and very much appreciated. The location was very nice. Not too far from a park/aviary, and a great local restaurant (Park Cafe - the wait is worth it). Also quite accessible to the airport, downtown, and major highways. I would highly recommend Katie's place.

Beautiful & clean location and the space was plenty big for our group of 10. The team at Natural Retreats made everything super easy & efficient, and their communication was excellent. They were very accommodating and also gave great recommendations for things to do and events to book. Would definitely recommend and we’ll definitely be back!

This house is amazing and 100% will be staying there again! I'm in love with horses and it was so fun having them just there in the backyard love this place and will be staying again

Excellent service from arrival to departure, the place is clean, quiet and very conveniently located, the refrigerator and microwave oven work perfectly, it is a good place, you find the shopping center nearby and places to go to eat.

Great location and walkable to a couple restaurants and coffee shop. If you have a dog, it’s a great walkable neighborhood. Beds are comfortable and kitchen worked out well too. We would stay again. Cheers!
