Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Salt Lake City

We loved the Adams house and the hosts were so communicable and helpful! The shower pressure was wonderful and the bed I slept in was so comfortable.

Lovely, clean, with a beautiful park and playground across the street for the kids. Bobbi is a gracious and accommodating host. We can’t wait to come back!

This was a fantastic stay for the price. The bed was super comfortable, smallish living area but nothing less than a good hotel room. Has full amenities, although the mini fridge was a bit small so don’t bring too many items for the fridge or if you’re planning on staying a while. Not a big deal just something to be aware of.

This place has a great location and a quiet neighborhood. The layout is great and the kids loved being downstairs. Lori was very thoughtful as far as keeping snacks, drinks, and ice stocked for our arrival. This was a beautiful house!

For my first stay in Utah, Id stay here time and time again. It was the perfect escape from LA and Matt couldn't have been more accommodating.

We had a great stay. Everything was very clean and as described. It was a quiet area but also very close to downtown and a lot of amenities. Loved the coffee shop downstairs. We had a little trouble finding the entrance to the apartment building, but overall not a big issue. We had some trouble finding close parking on the street so it may be worth it to pay for the pass to park in the gated area.

My friend and I had a wonderful time staying here. It was extremely easy to get in and out of the house, and the house was clean. They made sure we had everything we needed and also informed us that they had a couple of dogs and we could meet them if we were comfortable with it, which we were and they were both lovely! I would absolutely come back again if given the opportunity. Thank you so much!

great location and clean, thouse had everything we needed

One of our favorite places we've stayed with Air BnB. Really can't say enough good stuff about the experience. Jennifer was wonderful. She took some time to chat with us and suggested we ride on Antelope Island, which ended up being such a treasure. The house and especially the kitchen was thoughtfully set up for actual use so were able to cook, make coffee and tea etc. The yard was lovely with flowers and a veggie garden in the back. The location ended up being a block from my son's place, which was great, but I love The Avenues in SLC anyway-- quiet, good location, close to trails for hiking and mountain biking, good walking up and down those hills.

The home was the perfect find for us. It was spotlessly clean, spacious, incredibly tidy. The host thought of everything to make the stay comfortable- there were many thoughtful touches throughout. Kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to cook if we wanted to, though we loved using the helpful binder and the wall of recommended restaurants to local restaurants to explore the area. The house itself is stunning, just like the pictures. Meticulously groomed yard, furnishings perfectly suited to the space. Hands down, we would stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommend. Jameson and Mindy’s place was such a great way to end the trip. It’s outside of SLC enough to give that smaller town feel vibe, but the drive into the city was easy. The views and amenities are just as pictured, and the bed is SO COMFY. They provided great food recommendations (Localz Bistro) and truly had everything we could have needed for an awesome stay. My husband and I hope to be back!

Amazing hidden gem in SLC! A wonderful private apartment that is a 20-30 minute walk to the downtown area. Looked exactly like the pictures and was so cute and cozy. Would stay again if I'm ever back in town!

Arjun is the best host and his place is perfect for a quaint ski vacation, whether it’s for just a couple days or longer. I loved the location and easy walking distance to 2 lifts and anything you’d want in the small town (rentals, food, drinks, etc). The place itself was perfect for what I needed and I liked that it was on the first floor; easy to get to without having to take stairs or an elevator. The condo was clean and fully stocked with cooking ingredients, coffee, and any toiletries you may have forgotten to pack. Only thing I’d suggest is to have a small first aid kit with bandaids/neosporin etc. Other than that, his place has everything you’d ever need! At the end of my stay I accidentally left some cash and hair products at his place inside a drawer 🤦🏻‍♀️ Arjun was so understanding and he promptly sent me everything within a day! He went above and beyond to make sure I got my belongings back, and I am so appreciative!! Thank you again, Arjun - you are the best host!

Place was great, resort staff was great. My only concern that was completely out John’s control was the WiFi. It was completely open, meaning other people could see and login to your streaming device. This happened several times on the TVs. I eventually just used my phone as a hotspot. Don’t use the resorts WiFi, it was completely unacceptable to not have the devices isolated from each other.

We truly enjoyed our experience here. The place was extremely clean, quiet, and near walking trails. The condo was also near historic downtown Park City.

Chris was a great host! Extremely communicative early on and during our trip. The location of the condo is super convenient and has an incredible view! It was easy to get to the pool, canyons resort plaza and parking garage. The Westgate Lodge is big and easy to get lost in, but the location of this particular condo was super easy to find. The only thing I’ll note is that the condo had a weird smell when we arrived, but we found an air freshener and that did the job. Love this condo and will be back again.

Love staying at The Retreat. Clean, quiet, convenient, and Barry is a fantastic host - very responsive. Close to everything we plan while in PC. Look forward to staying again.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The apartment had everything you’d need for a comfortable stay, the amenities were wonderful, and Bryan was super responsive and very kind. We would definitely come back again and again!

Great place and accommodating host. Location is extremely convenient with restaurants and the free shuttle stop just a couple minutes away — we were able to enjoy our entire ski trip without a car. Melanie was also responsive and accommodating with some special requests, would look to come back next ski season!
