We saved material and kept the ceilings just 6 feet tall! Giant for a hobbit! Tall ones duck! Short Ceilings in the basement!!

This 1913 cottage is in a large backyard behind the main house. It can accommodate 2 adults and a child. The cottage is in a very quiet neighborhood with cafes and a book shop right around the corner. We are a few blocks from Westminster University and 2 miles from the University of Utah. Sugarhouse Park and the Sugarhouse business district is one mile away. We are 4 miles from downtown and 30 - 50 miles to the mountains. It is about 5 minutes to the freeway depending on traffic.
