Pretty self-contained 1 bedroom Annexe at the back of a Victorian family home, just a 5 minute walk from St Austell town centre and 2 minute walk to the old clay trail walking/cycling routes. Close to all amenities, transport links and restaurants. Beautiful sandy beaches are under 2 miles away and it is close to the Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan, plus the gorgeous villages of Mevagissey, Charleston, Fowey and Looe. And of course the North Cornwall coast is 25 minutes away by car.

Its ideally placed for visiting Eden, the Lost Gardens of Helligan and the picturesque harbours of Charlestown and Mevagissey. Sticker village is on the edge of the beautiful Roseland Peninsula, with a pub and shop within easy walking distance. The South West coastal path is also nearby. We welcome well behaved dogs.

The Studio is a beautifully furnished, light and airy space in the grounds of our home. With far reaching stunning views of the countryside. It is approximately 2 miles from St Austell and convenient for beaches, Eden project, Heligan Gardens, Charlestown and lovely country walks. Due to Covid 19 I have put in an extra precautionary cleaning regime for your safety including the use of UV Disinfectant lamp which will be used between each guests visit.

Visit Cornwall’s beautiful south coast. Come and stay in a converted granite barn with wonderful views of the Cornish countryside. Mulvra Stables Lodge is situated in the lovely Pentewan valley between St Austell and Mevagissey. The closest beach is 2 miles away with the Eden Project, Charlestown harbour, the Lost Gardens of Heligan and Mevagissey all within 5 miles. Newquay and the north coast are only a 40 minute drive, dependant on traffic.
