A beautiful holiday let with 180+ Airbnb 5* reviews on the previous owners listing, Barn Cottage is an immaculately presented get away for 2-6 people. It's equally suited for families up to 6 or as a luxury retreat for couples. Renovated with a keen eye for detail with a private garden, log burner and central heating. Spacious master bedroom with king bed, twin room and an annex with a king size bed and shower room. Ideally located 1 mile from beautiful Constantine Bay and 3 miles from Padstow.

Come have a rustic stay in our spacious 4 metre bell tent! We are based right near the coast by Padstow in Cornwall. We’re within a 15 minute walk from a number of beautiful beaches including Harlyn and Constantine, as well as a number of pubs and restaurants! We have shared toilet and shower facilities on site, as well as our utilities shed which offers communal phone charging, fridge/freezer, microwave and kettle. No bedding is provided for guests, tents are set up as they are in the pictures.

Faraway is what it says. It feels like you are away from everyone but still only a 5 minute stroll from St Merryn with its convenience store,bakery,3 restaurants,wine bar,traditional pub,tea rooms and Rick Stein's Cornish Arms. Newquay is 8 miles south and Newquay Airport only about 6 miles. The coastal path links all the way from Padstow to Newquay past our 7 local beaches. All the beaches offer great surf potential in particular conditions and there is great fishing from the rocks or beaches

Our spacious self contained ground floor apartment is in a quiet residential area of Padstow with private off road parking . The property has a large well equipped kitchen diner, hallway with storage space and a comfortable lounge. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and the bathroom has both bath and shower facilities. Ideally situated a short walk from Padstow's harbour with its cosy pubs and famous restaurants. All in all a perfect base from which to explore Padstow, North Cornwall and beyond.

Tressa. Beautiful shepherds hut. Village location.
Tressa is a purpose built shepherds hut located in the heart of st Merryn and a short drive from the beautiful seven bays. Consisting of a cosy one double bedroom with a small kitchen area and shower room. Sited in our garden the main access is shared with our other properties Demelza and Lowenna but we have made a lovely cosy area exclusively for Tressa. This dog secure area has an outdoor patio and small sheltered sitting shelter. Plus a small garden with reclining chairs, a lovely sun trap!
