Light open plan living in central St Merryn.

Faraway is what it says. It feels like you are away from everyone but still only a 5 minute stroll from St Merryn with its convenience store,bakery,3 restaurants,wine bar,traditional pub,tea rooms and Rick Stein's Cornish Arms. Newquay is 8 miles south and Newquay Airport only about 6 miles. The coastal path links all the way from Padstow to Newquay past our 7 local beaches. All the beaches offer great surf potential in particular conditions and there is great fishing from the rocks or beaches

Our spacious self contained ground floor apartment is in a quiet residential area of Padstow with private off road parking . The property has a large well equipped kitchen diner, hallway with storage space and a comfortable lounge. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and the bathroom has both bath and shower facilities. Ideally situated a short walk from Padstow's harbour with its cosy pubs and famous restaurants. All in all a perfect base from which to explore Padstow, North Cornwall and beyond.

Tressa. Beautiful shepherds hut. Village location.

Tressa is a purpose built shepherds hut located in the heart of st Merryn and a short drive from the beautiful seven bays. Consisting of a cosy one double bedroom with a small kitchen area and shower room. Sited in our garden the main access is shared with our other properties Demelza and Lowenna but we have made a lovely cosy area exclusively for Tressa. This dog secure area has an outdoor patio and small sheltered sitting shelter. Plus a small garden with reclining chairs, a lovely sun trap!

St Merryn village is just up the road and has shops , pubs, restaurants, takeaways. The Chalet is fully equiped for your stay all you need to bring is your bed linen and towels .
