Only 3 minute walk down into village centre with pub/restaurant, cafe, tea rooms, sho/post office, craft/gift shop, Bonsai gardens and village green. Easy reach of some of Cornwalls finest beaches, the beautiful bay of Mawgan porth within 5 minutes drive. With Newquay within 6 miles and Padstow within 8 we are perfectly situated to explore North Cornwall

Rural Retreat outside Mawgan Porth

Little Forge is a one bedroom stone annexe attached to our home. It's in a peaceful rural location. There is a courtyard garden, gated parking (shared with us), king size bed, roll top bath, shower and fully equipped kitchen. It’s a 10 min drive to gorgeous Mawgan Porth beach, pub and shops, 15 min drive to Padstow. Please note you will need a car: shops, beaches, etc are not within walking distance. The property is not step free externally or internally. We are happy to accept one dog.

Beach house situated behind the dunes of Mawgan Porth. One bedroom with a king-size bed and a large day bed in the entrance room. Would suit small family, couple or a small group of friends for a surf/walking trip. Upstairs has an open-plan living and kitchen area with balcony. Ground level has a lovely decking area with dining table, an outdoor shower (cold water), a fridge for chilled outdoor drinks and a hammock for guest use. Perfect for surfing and beach activities. A beautiful boutique bolthole made for two on the North Cornish coast. The Blue Bee is a cosy Grade II listed cottage with all the charm of a traditionally built Cornish home, freshly renovated and lovingly restored. Located a stone’s throw from the centre of St Columb Major, a small medieval town, the cottage has easy access to both the north and south coasts, making exploring Cornwall very easy. Watergate Bay, Mawgan Porth and Bedruthan Steps are all just a short drive away.

All bedrooms have en-suite facilities with super king and king size beds In the main bedrooms. Private fishing lake and bird hide. Stunning views of the valley. The nearest beach is 5 minutes away. Very close to beaches including, Porthcothan, Treyarnon, Harlyn Bay. Padstow is a short drive away.

We love our family holiday home and would love to share it with others. Dogs welcome. Relax, run or walk the best coastal paths Cornwall has to offer, surf massive waves, eat at Wax or Emily Scott’s, drink cocktails in Cubs (beach hut) BBQ or picnic on the beach until the sun goes down. @watergatewaves

Garden Lodge, St Mawgan between Padstow & Newquay

The Garden Lodge is situated in the grounds of Mourton House, in the Cornish countryside village of St Mawgan. The lodge has recently been updated with a new kitchen and bathroom. It is located in a beautiful tranquil position a 2 mile well worn wooded footpath takes about 35 minutes to walk to Mawgan Porth beach. The delightful harbour town of Padstow is 8.4 miles distance, with its quaint shops a plenty of places to eat. Newquay is 6.2 miles from the Lodge.
