Two modernly furnished rooms in an architect's house for up to two guests in rural Walzenhausen with separate entrance and an ensuite bathroom. The view over Lake Constance and the ambience make a relaxing stay possible. A kitchenette is available with a microwave, fridge, coffee machine and a kettle. The village centre (public transport, bakery and pizzeria) can be reached on foot in two minutes and is the starting pint for many activities in the region.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space with a living area of around 125 m² surrounded by nature. Your exclusive getaway with 360-degree views of Säntis/Lake Constance and yet so close to attractions such as St.Gallen/Appenzell. This 200-year-old Appenzell house towers high above Herisau AR and is lovingly called "GöttiFritz" by its owners. It shines authentically in a fantastic mountain and hill scenery – a true retreat for the soul.

Quiet 2-room apartment in the center of Lauterach. The apartment has a separate bedroom with a French double bed and wardrobe. In the living room, a comfortable sofa bed can accommodate 2 more guests. Despite its central location, the apartment is very quiet. Private garage and additional parking spaces are available. Bregenz, Dornbirn and the A14 can be reached in 10 minutes. Two bakeries are located right next to the house.

Ideal if you want privacy, whether as a couple, family or small group. You can enjoy your stay in a relaxed way without having to take each other into consideration. Whether a short trip, work stay or a little time out – here you will find everything you need in a small, cleverly used space.

Tiny House in the countryside

The interior of the tiny house is modern, stylish and in particular designed by me with a lot of love for detail. It has a well-equipped kitchen with an oven, 4 gas burners, sink, dishwasher, a Senseo coffee maker as well as a toaster, kettle, sufficient dishes and cooking utensils. A grill is also available for you. The bathroom is environmentally friendly equipped with a dry separation toilet.

"Coleen" apartment

The apartment "Coleen" is located on the 2nd floor of the building and consists of an open living and dining area with kitchen. The sofa bed in the living room can accommodate another person. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. In the bathroom, there is a walk-in shower and toilet, all on a total area of 51 m². This apartment also has a terrace with a BBQ.
