The apartment is located on a hillside with beautiful views of the Rhine Valley and the Swiss mountains. It is 60 m², has a covered terrace and a small garden. Bregenz is in the immediate vicinity (2 km) and is easily accessible by bus, car, bicycle or on foot. Since the highway is nearby and we are located on a slope, you can hear the traffic when you sit in the garden. Otherwise hardly any cars drive directly past the house as we are the second-to-last house in a cul-de-sac.

After a short but somewhat steep walk to the bungalow, you can enjoy the view of the Alpstein with our local mountain, the Säntis, on a cozy terrace. There are many walking and hiking opportunities directly from the house. Please note: From the parking lot, it is about 100 m on foot relatively steep up the hill to the beautifully located bungalow on the edge of the forest.

Fantastic farmhouse II in the Allgäu

For rent is the middle part of the house (as shown in the pictures) with a large kitchen-living room two bathrooms, a separate toilet and 5 bedrooms over three floors. A balcony and terrace with barbecue are also included. Hasenried is located in the beautiful, hilly Allgäu. The hiking trails start right at the house. The apartment "Coleen" is located on the 2nd floor of the building and consists of an open living and dining area with kitchen. The sofa bed in the living room can accommodate another person.
