Spacious and well-equipped family home in St Eval. Situated only a few miles from the spectacular 7 Bays beaches, as well as renowned surfing beaches of Mawgan Porth and Watergate Bay. The picturesque harbour town of Padstow (famous for Rick Stein’s restaurant and chip shop) is only 6 miles away and the lively, bustling town of Newquay is only 8 miles away. St Eval is a friendly village with two parks, football pitches, basketball court, local shop and chocolate factory so perfect for children!

Easy reach of some of Cornwalls finest beaches, the beautiful bay of Mawgan porth within 5 minutes drive. This is a light and comfortable space in a beautiful spot within five minutes drive of Mawgan Porth (or a walk down the lovely bridlepath.) Long Barn includes a large carpeted bedroom with kingsize bed and a living area with a log burner and comfy seating. The kitchen area includes a dining table, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge. The shower room includes a walk in electric shower, basin and loo.

Enjoy a relaxing break in a small Cornish hamlet, with lovely countryside views with wildlife going about their day. Also enjoy an amazing stary sky by night while enjoying your favourite beverage. Cedar Lodge has just been completed and is brand new ready for 2023. It is a stunning 1 bedroom annex situated in the lower half of our garden. Although it is in close proximity to our family home there is a dividing fence and all access to the annex is separate with shared parking.

Rural Retreat outside Mawgan Porth

Little Forge is a one bedroom stone annexe attached to our home. It is in a peaceful rural location. There is a courtyard garden, gated parking, king size bed, roll top bath, shower and fully equipped kitchen. It’s a 10 min drive to gorgeous Mawgan Porth beach, pub and shops, 15 min drive to Padstow. Please note you will need a car: shops, beaches, etc are not within walking distance. The property is not step free externally or internally. We are happy to accept one dog.
