The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. Amazing countryside views ! Lovely walks around the area and wonderful beaches close by. Only 30 mins drive to the Eden Project and 10 mins drive to Watergate Bay Beach. Stylish lodge with lots of modern comforts and luxuries. Sleeps up to 8, in 3 double bedrooms and a sofa bed. Beautiful open plan kitchen, dining & sitting room. The balcony is a great addition with superb views to enjoy with a coffee or glass of wine . Good Wifi speed for home working. Hot tub. Parking for 2-3 cars .

East of Newquay in the historic market town of St Columb Major, Agan Dyji (or "Our Little Cottage" in Cornish) is only 5 minutes drive away from the main A30 and just 10 minutes away from the amazing beach and facilities at Watergate Bay (including Jamie Oliver's Fifteen Cornwall restaurant). St Columb Major has good public transport links and Newquay Airport is an inexpensive taxi ride away (less than 4 miles). Come stay!

Hill Head Farm is just off the Atlantic highway A39 Wadebridge and Padstow are only 6 miles away. The stunning beach of Mawgan Porth only 10 mins drive. The Eden project is also nearby. One Double Bedroom with en-suite. Children's loft room has two single beds with tv, xbox and wifi. The cottage has a sofa bed in the lounge if needed.
