Since fall 2019, the cottage has been shining above Flims at 1500 meters above sea level. During construction, great attention was paid to quality, regionality and above all longevity, as well as attention to detail – these are the ingredients that make our cottage so unique! The fantastic location promises a lot of peace and quiet all year round, ski-in and ski-out in winter as well as in summer, hiking or bike tours right on your doorstep far away from the hustle and bustle and noise. This is how you can really enjoy your vacation in our cottage.

Relax, enjoy your enjoyment, be active and amazement! Concept vacation home with garden and seating on a sunny slope in relaxed surroundings with stunning views. The simplicity of the architecture invites to coziness, the imposing view from the huge window in the woods and mountain worlds conjures up relaxation. Trin is idyllic and quiet and yet extremely close to the ski/hiking/bike and climbing area on mountain lakes and world heritage (7 min to Flims, 10 min to Laax). The main town of Chur is a 15-minute drive.

5 rooms Swiss wooden Chalet in Laax

5 rooms available, about 120 m2, homy and relaxing area. Two floors and 4 bed rooms. 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilette. Bed linen and bath towels are all available and included in the price. There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

The cozy chalet is perfect for families with children or just to enjoy the peace and quiet as a couple. In the chalet there is a double bed and in the attic a mass of mattresses. You have a gigantic view of the Ruinaulta, the Flimserstein, Calanda and many different excursion opportunities. Very special in Chalet Balu is the wellness oasis with sauna. If you feel like barbecuing, you can buy our own organic beef products and other regional products.

Very tastefully and lovingly furnished. Cozy atmosphere for a nice get-together and best recreation. Unique indoor pool (20m) + 2 small saunas in the house. Large ski room, underground parking and direct bus to the ski station in front of the door. 3 single beds in the bedroom and lovely, folding 2x1 double bed in the living room. The apartment (30 m²) is part of a single-family home, which was completed in December 2018 and has its own entrance. The apartment has a new kitchen incl. a dishwasher, as well as full equipment to prepare magical menus. A small toilet with sink and a separate shower offer every comfort you could wish for on vacation. Shuttle to the mountain railways, Laax, Falera, Fidaz, Bargis in max. 5 minutes, Caumasee is a 15-minute walk away.

Relax in this unique rifugio. In 2020, a totally renovated 2 1/2 room apartment, whose interior design was completely redesigned. Expanded as a loft with noblest materials (Valser granite, castle parquet, lots of old wood, freestanding tub, iron fireplace open on two sides, design fixtures). With a protected patio and garden.
