Our apartment is small (1.5 rooms) but cozy with all the comforts with private garage. The house has Wi-Fi, cable TV with radio, fireplace. In the kitchen, in addition to the standard appliances, you will find a Moka for Italian coffee, and American coffee machine, a fundu cooker with plates and cutlery. The double bed is on the mezzanine; there is a table for dining, two comfortable sofas to relax in and two foldaway beds. You will not need a car or a bus to go skiing or walking. SelfCheckin

5 rooms available, about 120 m2, homy and relaxing area. Two floors and 4 bed rooms. 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilette. Bed linen and bath towels are all available and included in the price. There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

Vacation home in the countryside

The unique, south-facing 4.5-room vacation home is located on an alpine pasture, 820 m above sea level, not far from the villages of Sagogn, Flims and Laax. Due to its unique and secluded location, you can enjoy absolute peace, relaxation and pure nature here. In the early morning hours you can watch chamois, deer and other wild animals from the property. Directly below the house (about 200 m), the Rhine flows through the imposing Rhine Gorge. The golf course is also not far.

The studio with balcony is perfect for 2 - 3 people and offers enough space for a nice vacation week with a large bedroom and living room. The studio is also characterized by its central location in Laax village with shopping and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The ski bus stop to the mountain railway (Laax Murschetg) is right in front of the house. It only takes 5 minutes to get to the valley station with the free ski bus. It couldn't be easier!

A cozy apartment in the middle of the magnificent Surselva. In winter, you can reach the slopes of the Weissen Arena Flims-Laax in a few minutes and enjoy the sun. In summer, the nearby golf course or the countless hiking and biking routes invite you to be explored. Apartment was newly renovated in 2023 to the most modern standard and is now available for the first time holiday guests. The apartment is ideally suited for a couple or a small family!

The apartment has a new kitchen incl. a dishwasher, as well as full equipment to prepare magical menus. Shuttle to the mountain railways, Laax, Falera, Fidaz, Bargis in max. 5 minutes, Caumasee is a 15-minute walk away.
