Centrally located in the beautiful and vibrant Place Massena, this charming apartment (5th floor with lift) with A/C is a real treat for those wanting proximity to the main attractions. This beautiful and spacious apartment has great views of Place Massena from the balconies. The bedroom has a double bed and 2 wardrobes. The kitchen is fitted with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, blender, oven, a 4-plate electric hob, a real Italian cafetière and an American coffee maker. The bathroom has a shower, a sink unit and a bidet. Earplugs, toothpaste and hairdryer are available. There is a separate WC. The big living room includes a squared table for 4 people, a TV, radio and a sofa bed for 2 people. Please note that a door links the bedroom to the living room where two additional people can sleep. You will have plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars at walking distance (île pietonne, Avenue Jean Médecin, vieux Nice). The apartment is a few minutes walk from the beaches (Promenade des Anglais), the Old Town, the tram and the buses to explore Monaco and Cannes. Linen and towels are included in the price.
