Quiet, bright and friendly apartment on the second floor in the center of Greifswald. Large rooftop terrace on the third floor with views over the rooftops. Theatre, cinema, museum harbor, zoo and train station within walking distance. The market square with its brick-style gable houses around the corner, the Pomeranian State Museum too. This is an animal-free non-smoking household. Therefore, animals are unfortunately not welcome. There is no smoking in the apartment.

Cozy little apartment - close to Sund

In a quiet side street just 250 meters from the beach promenade, lies our small cozy high ground floor apartment. It's bright and has a small balcony. In the living room there is one double bed and one sofa bed. Two extra beds for children are thus possible. There is a washing machine on the basement, which can be used free of charge. Bedding and towels are included. Downtown is in walking distance and there is always a parking space in front of the house.

My place is close to the city centre/Old Town and all Stralsund sights such as the City Hall, the Maritime and Cultural History Museum and the Oceanium. The harbour is just 10 minutes' walk away. My apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a listed house renovated in 2006 and consists of a bedroom, a full bathroom and a living room with open kitchen. We offer a free parking lot located opposite the apartment.
