I kælderen også 4 soveplader til de, som ikke er bange for edderkopper og kælderlugt. Egen bro til Julsø. Adgang til to kajakker og robåd. Vandrerute til Ry langs søerne. Man kan i robåden krydse søen og tage gåturen de 3 km til Himmelbjerget.

Ekstra "hotelhus" med 12-16 senge kan muligvis bookes sammen med dette hus.
