Welcome to vacation in Skåne! Lund is well located with proximity to many attractions; museums, parks, nature reserves, restaurants, beaches (the nearest about 10 km) and much more. In an extension (built in 2015) in my villa in central Lund, I rent out a bright and beautiful 2nd floor apartment with a separate entrance and patio door to a lovely garden. Downstairs: kitchen, living room with sofa bed 130 cm and bathroom. Loft: bedroom, 2 beds. 6-minute walk to the hospital, about 12 minutes to Lund C. Parking space is available.

Completely renovated apartment of about 36 m2 in turn-of-the-century style with living room and well-equipped kitchen. Bedroom with bed, 160 cm and a sofa bed in the living room with room for 1 extra person. Workplace with a comfortable work chair. This special place is close to everything in little charming Lund, making it easy to plan your visit here. 10-minute walk to the middle of the city center. The apartment is on the second floor of a large villa, built in 1901. Large garden with many different rooms! A peaceful oasis!

The apartment is in the city center, close to the university, the Botanical Garden, grocery stores and shops - making it easy to plan your stay. There is no elevator. In this apartment, guests pay per bed used, we open up each bedroom based on guests' booking and specific requests. Living room, kitchen and 1 bathroom are always included. The laundry room is located in the basement, it is accessed via the garden in the left part of the house - seen from the garden Some furniture has changed since the pictures were taken

Här bor ni nyrenoverat med ett orangeri som kök/vardagsrum. Boendet ligger i lugnt kvarter en kort promenad från Lund C, universitet och grönområden. Sovrummen finns i nedre plan med ett rymligt badrum samt ytterligare en separat toalett med handfat. Skjutdörrar ut mot trädgård och uteplats ger ett extra rum vår och sommar. Boendet passar fint för familj eller kollegor på arbetsresa. Parkering finns i kvarteret 6 kr/timme dagtid vardagar. Söndag ingen avgift. Bra wifi. Studsmatta i trädgården.

Fun tiny flat with its own entrance - secluded at the back of our garden with its own small section of the garden. Fully functional kitchen with fridge, induction hob, oven and microwave. There is wifi and Apple TV and a tiny bathroom. The flat is conveniently located next to Hardebergaspåret - bikepath that takes you to the city centre which is 30 mins walk or less than 10 minutes on the bus that runs frequently into the city centre.

Cozy 1-room apartment for 2 people, completely private in the landlord's villa. The apartment is equipped with a kitchenette and a small bathroom with shower. The apartment is located in southern Lund (2 km) to the city center, walking distance about 30 minutes. Excellent transport connections both to Lund city center and to Malmö, right nearby. Beautiful park surroundings nearby. Walking distance to outdoor swimming pool in summer.

Fully equipped. You are close to most things in Lund (walking distance) such as the university, hospital, city center, central station, bus and tram and many other things.
