We enjoyed our stay here very much. We did have a little difficulty finding it, but it was rush hour and there was lots of traffic blocking our view. We phoned Mark and he helped us straight away. His communication has been brilliant. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the facilities in the kitchen and bathroom were excellent. Everything you wanted was there. It was exactly as the photos portrayed. I would recommend it for a stay and I cannot praise Mark highly enough.

What a gem we discovered in the Cow Shed. An imaginative conversion with well considered furnishings and quality equipment. Perfect for honeymoon couples.

We had a lovely stay while in between a house move. The surroundings were peaceful, and the space felt open and relaxing. Communication was smooth throughout check-in and check-out. Thanks for a pleasant and comfortable stay, James!

Polly's house was everything we had hoped for. We were thrilled when we opened the door and saw the warm welcoming cottage. Polly had left some basic supplies and the accommodation was full of many homely touches We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Polly's cottage.

Gorgeous gorgeous. Such a beautiful Property with so much character . It’s full of wonderful ornaments , books and furniture ! Kitchen is so well equipped and the upstairs is surprisingly spacious!! It was in the perfect location for our trip and there is a handy shop , pharmacy etc. loved our stay! Thank you

Lovely little character Victorian terraced house, a short walk from the centre of Tunbridge Wells. Jen's communication was excellent and we really appreciated her flexibility regarding cehck-in. The sitting room was extremely cosy with the log burner alight, and the separate dining room with a good solid table was a bonus. The kitchen is compact but well-equipped and had everything we needed to cook an Easter roast! Both bedrooms are a good size for a cottage with comfortable beds and high quality bed-linen. Benny was really great with communication as I booked very last minute! She also kindly let me check in much earlier and I also checked out a little later due to my own fault of not realising checkout was at 10am! The place is spotless and is well equipped, there were breakfast items left which was thoughtful and generous of Benny. The location is beautiful and peaceful - lots of cute lambs and ponies and even deer! A short drive takes you into forest row where you have a good selection of shops

We needed somewhere to stay while finding a place to live in London. The flat was excellent and well equipped for our needs. Great place to stay.

We had a great time at Sue’s flat. The decor was super homey , everything was very comfortable, kitchen was very well equipped and the flat was close to the Winnie the Pooh landmarks. Her home made Marmelade is delicious!😋

Enjoyed the stay at Linda’s place. It was close to great attractions in the Tonbridge and wider Kent area and we were comfortable in the flat. We enjoyed be able to walk to close by shops and restaurants without trouble and also being near to the station.

Fabulous apartment in Brighton with the added bonus of a parking space. The location is great and the accommodation has everything you could need. Everything was cleaned to a high standard and the check-in instructions were top notch. Thank you for a great stay.

The property was spotlessly clean and well equipped. It was very well situated and well suited for our weekend needs. Good links for everywhere we wanted to go. Our first Airbnb, it was AMAZING. Sadly only able to stay for two nights. The accommodation was perfect in every way. We didn’t require any of the facilities other than two mugs, a kettle, a bed, and a bathroom as we were in the area to visit relatives for a function, however, there was everything supplied that could possibly be needed for a long holiday. The bedding, and everything else, was spotless. Not a speck of dust anywhere, beautiful white towels. Could not find a single fault at all, and I’m not an easy person to please! Such a peaceful area. Thank you Alison for being such a gracious hostess

Flat is fabulous, great location, we found it and got in with no trouble. The view is one of the best we have had!! The flat is spacious and very comfortable, great shower, and bath!! All in all a wonderful week away in a lovely home from home .

Perfect mini break in the charming Pantiles area of Tunbridge Wells. Property was immaculately clean, spacious and non cluttered. Simon was fantastic and check in was simple. The flat felt safe and secure and being a female staying on my own I felt very safe. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you would need to prepare meal. The central location had beautiful restaurants, cafés and bars so there was also the added option of dining out. There is a large Sainsbury's and Lidl near by too which is perfect to do your shopping once you arrive at the property. There is a great bar situated in front of the property and worth a visit. There was a little noise from there and the near by crossing but as I was already aware I brought ear plugs so I had no issues whatsoever with this. The living area is spacious and the bedroom cosy. Linen was fresh and heating worked well considering the old fashioned windows. I had such a fantastic break and would highly recommend to all.

Beautiful peaceful sanctuary. We loved it! The photos don’t do this space justice at all. Can’t wait to return for another evening wine by the firepit.

Sonia and Philip’s place is a showcase loft apartment for their successful kitchen design business located in the OpenHaus Kitchens studio below. There are many smart design features. The main room is light filled, private, tasteful and comfortable. Although the busy road noise takes some getting used to, the bedroom is restful. Runners & walkers can head towards Bensonshill Wood. Grocery needs are well met by M&S Food at Pease Pottage Services, good coffee at the Woodgate Hub & pub food at the Black Swan. Delicious wood fired pizzas are served from the Pizzacraft van on Saturdays 5-8pm. We had a very nice stay and highly recommend the Loft.

This is an absolute gem of a place and location, with views right across the Darent Valley. I only wish we could have stayed longer! The place was spotless and everything had been perfectly prepared and very well thought through (from the local hand-drawn maps right down to the vast array of toiletries on offer). I can't think of a single thing to change or improve about the place. Diana was a lovely host and provided a lot of information prior to arrival. She had also found some suggestions of activities for us tailored to our interests, which was frankly above and beyond. We were very grateful and it was clear a lot of thought had been put in prior to our arrival. I could carry on for pages but in summary, we have already recommend the place to family and friends and we be pleased to offer our recommendation here too. Thank you, Diana, for such a lovely place to stay and we hope to be back soon!

Beautiful spotless apartment, with fantastic sea views, all the mod cons and amenities and free parking further down the street. Susan was very friendly, prompt and helpful in her comms. Loved the top floor arrangement with dressing room and walk in shower. Handy folder of pamphlets and takeaway brochures helped us plan our stay.

Lovely stay at Christianne's. The accommodation was clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable. Lovely garden and countryside views. Will book again.
