Vacation rentals with breakfast in Royal Tunbridge Wells

We cannot praise Karen and Dave’s studio highly enough. Their home is surrounded by fields of pear trees and a beautiful garden. The decor is tasteful, comfortable and every detail has been thought about. Most importantly, it was spotlessly clean. We were greeted on arrival by Karen, our host, who showed us around our studio and gifted us fresh milk and home-baked cookies. In the morning, Karen had left us more fresh milk for our coffee and we were welcome to sit in their delightful garden. And then the crowning glory, breakfast is included! We were shown into the breakfast room which overlooks the pear fields and a Norman church - stunning. And what a breakfast … sourdough break and cinnamon buns baked by Karen and a delicious breakfast cooked by hubby Dave. Better than you’d get in a five star hotel .. oh and there was granola, fresh fruit, Greek yoghurt and local apple juice. Thank you both for a really lovely stay.

Our stay was lovely and peaceful, exactly what we wanted from an escape from London. The local area is beautiful and it was so easy and inexpensive to get to from London. You can easily walk to Frant village centre on footpaths with the instructions that our host gave us. Gayle (Moppy) was so helpful and responsive and gave local recommendations before hand and during our trip.

I had 3 nights staying at this delightful house, very happy with my room and amenities, would definitely book again.

I would say this is one of my favorite places in the UK, truly a hidden gem!! No one would ever regret coming here. Carol and Clive are very helpful and caring. They have a fantastic home in a lovely neighborhood with a huge, beautiful garden. You can spot sheep every day, and they take good care of every plant and even prepare food for the birds. They also leave a bowl of water outside for passing dogs, so sweet! The bed was super comfortable, I slept like a baby every night. The whole village of Lamberhurst is filled with birdsong, and every corner is peaceful and charming. I loved all the restaurants I visited, and everyone I met was genuinely friendly. I’ll definitely come back and stay longer next time. Thanks a mill for everything :)

Lovely little character Victorian terraced house, a short walk from the centre of Tunbridge Wells. Jen's communication was excellent and we really appreciated her flexibility regarding cehck-in. The sitting room was extremely cosy with the log burner alight, and the separate dining room with a good solid table was a bonus. The kitchen is compact but well-equipped and had everything we needed to cook an Easter roast! Both bedrooms are a good size for a cottage with comfortable beds and high quality bed-linen. Lovely stay in the flat - place was clean and tidy and felt right at home. Buses are within a 5 min walk so getting into Brighton town centre/beach by public transport was easy. 10/10 would stay here again

Perfect location for our needs. Homely welcome of fresh home made bread, with butter and milk....and treats for our dog.. Really well maintained and furnished to high standard. Clean, well appointed and good size rooms throughout. Easy parking. Welcoming hosts

The Old Workshop Cottage is set in a beautifully peaceful location. Tessa is a truly wonderful host, attentive and caring and nothing was too much trouble for her. The cottage has everything you need for a relaxing stay. We loved our time here, there is so much to explore in the area. We would highly recommend this cottage. Our daughter loved relaxing in the hammock!

This is the second year we’ve stayed at Athena’s place - and both have been absolutely fantastic. Great location, clean, spacious. Thank you - same time next year?

We had a lovely short stay at Joanne's. The accommodation was spacious and spotless. Bedroom was quiet with no traffic noise. A great location with Hampton Court, local restaurants and shops all within an easy walk.

What can I say? I stayed for the night as my children had an overnight stay with their Brownies nearby so I thought I’d treat myself to a little getaway I cannot fault my stay, it truly was a wonderful stay. My hosts were very hospitable, nothing was too much trouble. My accommodation was spotless! WiFi, Sky with the full package (I don’t even have the full package at my own home) NF & Prime Fridge was stocked with fresh milk, soft drinks & beers Breakfast stuff available also which was very kind of them 2 minutes walk from Tescos, there is also a big shopping centre which is about a 20 minute drive away I really felt at home here, I would 100% stay here again & would also recommend to my friends. Thank you Terry & Lesley you were brilliant hosts

Had a very enjoyable stay . Very good location for the sea, the town ,and cliff walks to Seven Sisters all within easy reach. Place was spotess , all amenities provided. Lovely well equipped kitchen and very attractive shower room . Comfortable bed . In addition Steven Yvonne had left an assortment of milk and breakfast cereals eggs and bread for us enough for the week. Would stay again.

Davey’s place is in great location. Lots of grocery and restaurants. The apartment is right across from the DLR. The communication was excellent from the day of booking. His hospitality is top notch. I highly recommend his place!

Fabulous place with a wonderful host, we will definitely return. Barbara was brilliant host and we loved our stay, the little extra bits like tea and coffee were really helpful as we arrived later in the day. We will definitely be returning and will stay longer next time.

We had a fantastic few days at Simon's apartment in Brighton. It is the perfect distance from the tourist attractions at the beach/the Laines, the train station and some of the other neighborhoods. The apartment was cozy and comfortable with fun decorative touches. Simon was friendly and super responsive. Highly recommend!

The Airbnb is peaceful and surrounded by stunning gardens which our daughter loved exploring - even more beautiful than the photos in real life 😊 Comfortable bed, with everything you need in the Airbnb itself and lovely breakfast each morning. Carol and Guy were so welcoming and we loved meeting Marv their dog, they were always easily contactable and gave us local recommendations. Highly recommend - thank you! Xx

Jan’s place is just lovely, set in beautiful countryside and stunning gardens. Peaceful and quiet. Super generous continental breakfast. Comfy huge SK bed. We enjoyed interacting with Badger the dog too. Thanks for a great stay Jan.

Sonja’s BnB was perfect for what I wanted - just a single night stay to attend an event close by - and Sonja herself was helpful and polite and we had a lovely chat over breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

We loved our stay with Annie, Andrew and Stanley and would love to come back. The house has been lovingly restored and is beautifully decorated and furnished. We so enjoyed the delicious made to order breakfasts every morning that kept us going until dinner time. Stanley greeted us whenever we came and went and was a welcome surrogate for our own pup at home. The location is perfect - a short walk from the tube station and immediately across the street from beautiful Bishop’s Park. Sarah greeted us and gave us the warmest welcome, this was an absolutely perfect countryside escape! We had the most wonderful stay in this beautifully converted stable, tucked away in the stunning Kent countryside. The setting is peaceful and picturesque – a true retreat from the hustle and bustle. The space itself was spotlessly clean and styled to perfection, with a lovely blend of charm and comfort. The bed linens were luxurious and incredibly comfortable, and there were so many thoughtful touches throughout that made the stay feel extra special. Every detail had clearly been considered with care. We wouldn’t hesitate to return – a real hidden gem!
