Vacation rentals with a patio in Rovinj

The location is perfect and the apartment was every bit as good as we hoped. Very quiet and pleasant yet only a few steps onto the walkway with shops and restaurants offering excellent food choices. We shared with another couple and having separate bathrooms and large bedrooms gave us all privacy while enjoying the communal areas especially sitting in the garden in the evening together. Sanja was very friendly and always responded quickly so for us the apartment and Pula itself was a 10/10 experience.

The apartment is very cozy and clean and in a beautiful location. Many beaches are super accessible on foot and the water is fantastic. There is a great bakery and a few restaurants nearby and Pula is also very easily accessible by bus or on foot. We felt very comfortable and Stela was super friendly and helpful. This Airbnb is highly recommended and we would come back anytime.

Our apartment suited us perfectly… plenty of room for the two of us and with a good sized balcony where you could sit in the sun to relax. The space was tastefully decorated and well equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Maja was very welcoming and kindly shared her knowledge of the area with us. An added bonus for us (being “seniors”) was the undercover allocated parking and a lift to take us up to our apartment. We are happy to recommend this accommodation and once again … thank you Maja ! We had an incredible week-long stay at this apartment. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and convenient long stay, from a well-equipped kitchen to a cosy living space. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to everything we wanted to see and do. But the highlight by far was the view from the balcony, absolutely breathtaking! We spent so much time out there just soaking it all in. We’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, and we’re already looking forward to returning. This is a gorgeous place, approximately 15 minutes away from Pula & Airport. I would highly recommend this stay, the pool, sauna and hot tub are a beautiful touch. This is great for relaxing and is extra stunning when the sun is shining. The only fault I had was that the power tripped quite easily however host was responsive to try and resolve issues.

Host super friendly and efficient. The villa is really nice with nice furniture and well equipped. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic time at Silvana's place. The beautiful apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, very close to a huge playground and the beaches, and the downtown is within walking distance as well. Silvana is a very friendly and welcoming host, and our children loved to play with her.

Katja is a great host and welcomed us with a shot of a local drink, nice location and everything was clean.

Ines was a really kind and thoughtful host, and her house was just perfect for our travelling family of 6. Lots of space inside, comfortable, spotlessly clean, with a lovely terrace and garden for outdoor space. Perfectly located for all of Rovinj's attractions, everywhere is walkable. A 5 star house and highly recommended.

The vacation home was found as described! The outdoor area with pool is very well maintained and beautifully lit in the evening. The interior is tastefully furnished and very clean! The kitchen equipment is excellent, everything that was needed was found. The location of the house is very quiet and idyllic! It is about 25 minutes by car to the beach. Communication with Boris was impeccable! The vacation home is recommended!

If you are looking for a different rental, this is the one for you. It’s miles away from the standard ikea furnished rental, it has tons of charm (both from the period it was built and the care from the owner), it secluded, and it’s challenging your habits. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is great. The terrasse is awesome. Marina sent lots of instructions and was easy to reach. Highly recommend

Lovor was a beautiful apartment with everything you need for a stay. Plenty of dishes to use along with coffee and teas to try. The bed was comfortable and came with an extra blanket if you get cold. Elena was a great host and always responded within minutes. Nothing negative to say about our experience. Thank you Elena!!

The apartment was very clean and easily accessible by car. The sea was a 10-15 minute walk and offers a pebble beach. At this time of year, many restaurants are already closed, but there are also significantly fewer tourists. You can reach Paula by car in a few minutes and a small supermarket is right next to the apartment. The local beach is not necessarily suitable for snorkeling activities. For this, you should visit nearby bays, such as “The Columbian Grotto Beach” or “Prostina” by car. These can be reached in minutes. The area around the property is heavily geared towards tourism and therefore offers numerous leisure activities, but hardly any local venues. Overall, I highly recommend it for 4 people looking for a well-equipped apartment with plenty of space in Croatia and not wanting to spend too much money.

Very comfortable and tidy place would stay 10/10 there again. Also the apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. 😁

Anja was very nice and friendly. Easy check-in and out. The place was very clean, new and modern. Sights of Pula were within easy walking distance. (approx. 30 min) Can only recommend it. :)
