As an elderly couple, we have 17 years of experience hosting this apartment. The apartment is located in a quiet, family neighborhood. 15 minutes walking distance from the beach and 20 minutes from the city center. The neighborhood contains 4 grocery shops and 3 restaurants. Since we are both in retirement, we can provide service almost 24/7. The apartment has 2 balconies to enjoy summer evenings, and an extra bed in case of young children. Breakfast and clothes washing/drying are possible.

Apartman ima prostrani interijer te svu potrebnu opremu za vaš ugodan boravak i odmor. Spavača soba s krevetom 160*200, udobnim madracem za slatke snove. Kuhinja kompletno opremljena s staklokeramičkom pločom, mikrovalna, kuhalo za vodu i pribor za kuhanje i jelo. Ugodan kauč po potrebi na razvlačenje (140*200), klima uređaji. Kupaonica s tušem. Terasa se nalazi izvan apartmana zajedno sa ostalim. Drvo ima glavnu ulogu u ovom apartmanu, slike ga prave posebnim dok vi uživate u čitanju knjige!

Romantic old stone house, located on top of the hill of the old town of Vrsar with beautifully designed interior. It’s located next to the castle and only 300 m from the beach, playground, bars, restaurants and magnificent views of the Vrsar's archipelago. Free parking 200 m away. On the ground floor there are kitchen, dining space and bathroom with toilet. Living room with spacious sofa and TV is on the first floor. Bedrooms are on the third floor. The house is fully renovated.

A stone archway leads to an open corridor with a view of the rolling hills of the Mirna valley. The pathway is paved with large tiles, flanked by rough stone walls. A decorative planter sits to the side, enhancing the historical ambiance of the location.

The apartment is a beautiful spacious space with a light airy bedroom, a completely functional kitchen and a spa bathroom. The bedroom has a view of the Mirna valley, a double bed, a sofa that can be made into an extra bed (upon request), a flat TV, a coffee table with two chairs and a big wardrobe. The kitchen if fully functional with all the appliances and dishes. Kitchen towels, dish detergent and sponges are included. The bathroom has a spa shower and a jacuzzi bath for two.

The residence offers free private parking, a relaxing garden and a shared terrace with other guests. The apartment is on the first floor, feature air conditioning and flat-screen satellite TV, the bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a hairdryer. The kitchen is completely furniture.
