Family-friendly vacation rentals in Rovinj

We felt very comfortable. Communication with Tomislav was excellent. Good recommendations. We will be back in the fall and look forward to it.

We were guests with the family and our dog and felt very comfortable. The house is cozy and the outdoor area is very spacious - our dog also felt very comfortable in the large garden! Those who like it quiet and idyllic will feel very comfortable. The sea is quickly reached by car or bike (5 min). Marija and her family are very friendly. We would come back!

Zoran is a very kind host, and has a lovely place to stay. Zoran was super helpful with any requests we had, and recommended some very good local restaurants. The apartment is 5 min walk from the park and beach, giving opportunity to both morning and evening swims. The park itself is huge, and well worth exploring with Zoran’s bikes.

Super nice and cozy cottage. Especially the beautiful garden with swimming pool were a huge plus, especially for our energetic sons. The house is quietly located in a beautiful area, yet close enough to everything (car). We greatly enjoyed this beautiful residence with our family.

It was great staying here! The host was very hospitable, flexible check-in times, very good contact, and we were allowed to stay in the property until the evening. The crystal clear water in the pool, the neighborhood is quiet and green, and it all made the trip exceptionally successful. We are very satisfied and will definitely go back to Croatia!

We had such a great stay at Marjana's. The house, pool, outdoors is just amazing!! She is a very kind and helpful person. The views from the house are so beautiful and we really enjoyed the quietness. The house is very big with plenty of space and all you might need. We hope to stay again soon!

We absolutely loved our 6 day stay here. Luka met us at the house where the car park is, drove us the short distance to vIlla Carera and showed us where everything was. The location was perfect - in the old town, lots to see nearby and a small supermarket and pharmacy very close by. The house had everything we could want and we spent a lot of time relaxing in the beautiful garden. Really highly recommend Villa Carera.

This is a very nice place, clean, well equipped, well located. You check in with an agency, ELIM. The owner of the agency, Sanja, is great. Rovinj is a lovely town, but over-touristed, so it can be rare to meet people who are welcoming like Sanja. and friendly. Others have mentioned the steep stairs. The apartment is also very dark; the three windows have heavy shutters and open into narrow streets, so if a lot of light is important to you (it isn't to me) something to consider. I swam every morning, off the rocks below the church. It's about five minutes from the apartment. In mid-October the water was really nice.. You'll be glad to have a well equipped little kitchen because most restaurants are too expensive for what you get. Also, be careful; walking from the bus station to ELIM, someone opened both compartments of my backpack (it was on my back!), so where there are tourists, there are pickpockets.

An amazing place to stay, reasonably priced, clean, close to restaurants and nice to go for a walk. The host was very kind, always attentive and flexible. I highly recommend it😊.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The building looks old from outside, but the house looks great. It is nicely decorated and cozy. The location is incredibly strategic—just a short walk to major attractions, restaurants, and local shops. There’s even a grocery store just around the corner, which made it super convenient for picking up essentials. The house itself was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed. We especially loved the balcony—it was the perfect spot to enjoy our lunch abd dinner.The availability of bicycles was a great bonus, but, we don't have time to use them. We really appreciated the early check-in, which gave us a head start on our trip. The private parking was also a huge plus point. If the parking is full, u can also find a free parking at the road side. Overall, a wonderful experience—comfortable, convenient, and thoughtfully set up. Highly recommend!

My wife and I just want to return back to Graciela’s beautiful apartment. This should sum up our experience ;) Graciela, even before booking, was always very responsive and helped all along - parking, check-in instructions etc. My wife and I felt at home. Everything we needed was there. Just perfect! We will highly recommend staying here.

Our stay here was incredible! The space has everything you could need, and the hosts are very reactive in case you need something else. Being greeted with cold beer and wine was the perfect start to our stay. The house is clean, spacious, comfortable… there are only good things to say! You have access to a nice balcony in the 1st floor to watch the sunset, and a terrace on the ground floor with table and chairs too. The coffee machine is also very nice (espresso with milk frother). There are quite a few restaurants nearby, or you have many a short 15 minute walk into the city center. You can also find some nice spots to swim within a 10 minute walk. Being able to park in the driveway was a huge plus and was very appreciated. I would very highly recommend staying here for your trip to Rovinj/Istria! Thank you again to the lovely hosts ❤️🥰

The stay was really very nice. It all worked out. The apartment is very nice and the view from the roof terrace over the harbor and the rooftops of Rovinj is incredible! The on-site support and also on the way through the manager Sanja was very flexible and fast. The communication and the instructions for excursions etc. before with Pat the owner was also very good and she is also very helpful. Overall you can spend a great holiday here! Thank you for everything!

Dana was a gracious, informative host. She met us at the apartment to show us around and was a good communicator when we had questions. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the covered terrace for outside meals on nice days. We also appreciated the parking space and the location was great. It was an easy walk down to the old town and harbor, where we enjoyed wandering around the narrow streets, the lively plazas,went to the farmers market, toured historic sights, ate out and took a sunset dolphin tour. Rovinj is a beautiful and charming city and we'd be happy to stay at Dana’s again.

Great studio apartment in an excellent area out of the main town but easily walkable in 30 mins. Local area bars, restaurants & swimming ( best off marina opposite in our opinion) also great, all within 5 mins walk. Thank Filip, top host. Dave.

We stayed for 3 nights with our dog and it was like being at home, the accommodation was very nice, well-kept and clean, with a nice garden. The location is perfect for getting to the beaches and the city, the host was very precise and friendly right away. I'll recommend this place to everyone.

Filip is a superb host. Description and reality match 100%. Apartment is well cut with everything you need. We were there for the 2nd time. We liked it very much and with the renovated bathroom, the apartment has gained even more comfort. Everything is within walking distance from the apartment. We'd love to come back!

We rented Iva's apartment for our daughter's 1st visit to Croatia with her husband. The apartment is perfect for a couple and they enjoyed being right in the center of Old Town. The furnishings were very nice and the apartment was equipped with things you might need. The shops along the street were fun to explore and the pizza at Sergio's across the street was very good! Iva is a great host and you won't regret staying there!!
