Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Rovinj

We spent a week over New Year's Eve at Jure's house and enjoyed the time very much. Jure's house is a little off the road, but so central that all necessary places were quick and easy to reach. The property is completely enclosed, which was very pleasant for our dog. The house is situated in a beautiful garden and has everything that is needed. The underfloor heating was particularly pleasant now in winter. The contact with Jure was straightforward. He was on vacation himself during our stay, but a friend gave us the key and provided us with all the necessary information. Nevertheless, Jure was always available to us and provided us with restaurant tips. We can well imagine spending another vacation in Jure's house.

We felt very comfortable in this beautiful vacation home in the wonderful town of Bale. The old town house has been tastefully and high-quality modernized, is sparkling clean and comfortable. The communication with Christine and on site with Iva was very pleasant and helpful. To make it short: A great vacation home that we can recommend without reservation.

We had a fantastic time at Silvana's place. The beautiful apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, very close to a huge playground and the beaches, and the downtown is within walking distance as well. Silvana is a very friendly and welcoming host, and our children loved to play with her.

Perfect location to finish holidays in Croatia with an apartment super-close to one of the beautiful beach areas around Rovinj. Walking to and from the old town takes 30 minutes, which is also good to get some air and move, especially after dinner.

The house is nicely located on a hill. You can walk along the water to the old town in fifteen minutes. A nice walk that won't get bored. The cottage is very complete and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you might need. Great beds. Mladen is a nice and customer-friendly host. Thanks for the refreshing welcome drink!

Clean apartment, great location, and great communication. Pula is a fantastic place; very calm and welcoming.

We really enjoyed our stay in Maya's appartment! The flat is very comfortable, and the location is excellent - close to the center of Pula, but still quiet in the evenings. While it wasn't quite hot enough to use the terrace, the kitchen and dining space is lovely and if you don't feel like cooking Pula has plenty of options nearby. Maya was always helpful and responsive, and was kind enough to be flexible around our check in and check out times as we were coming by car. She was also kind enough to recommend us great spots for food and where we could find good local beaches too!

This apartment was amazing! Really spacious (the photos don’t do it justice). We particularly enjoyed the large balcony, where we could sit in the evenings and enjoy a meal. All of the rooms were large and airy and the fact that you got sunlight in the morning on one side and in the evening on the other was a real plus. The area was great too. Nice and quiet, but with the beach and some bars in short walking distance. The main town is about 25 minutes easy walk away along the shoreline, but we also found a small “train” that took you there in 10 minutes. We also found a small wine and olive oil tasting farm about a 20 minute walk in the other direction, which we really loved. Parking was easy too and there’s loads of things in the local area to drive to, see, and do.

We enjoyed our stay in your apartment. It was accurately described and easy to get to. Not far from anything at all.

Great place to rest, everything is clean, quiet, comfortable, fully equipped apartment and for a longer stay. There are big markets nearby, the old town is a 10-minute easy walk. A big advantage is the provided garage space. All compliments and recommendations.

It was great staying here! The host was very hospitable, flexible check-in times, very good contact, and we were allowed to stay in the property until the evening. The crystal clear water in the pool, the neighborhood is quiet and green, and it all made the trip exceptionally successful. We are very satisfied and will definitely go back to Croatia!

The moment you open the front door you have a view of the bay right through the apartment. Unforgettable. The apartment is well furnished, tastefully decorated and has all you need for a few days at the seaside. A big mall is in walking distance with EV chargers in the park house. Free of charge. Great.

We had a wonderful stay in Rovinj! Vesna greeted us upon arrival and was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our visit. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the old town, with great bakeries and local stores nearby. We really appreciated the quiet neighborhood and easy access to everything Rovinj has to offer. Highly recommend staying here!

I had rented the space for friends who had to move out of their other apartment because they had rented it a day shorter than they thought. Quick response and flexibility in the arrival time was greatly appreciated by my friends.

The place has everything you need and more. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the location is quiet and just a 10-minute walk from the old city center. If you enjoy dining outdoors, there’s a table in front of the garden. We had no trouble parking or exiting with a wide car (Tesla Model Y).

The apartment was very modern. It was very well equipped, the dishwasher was nice. Our dog loved the outdoor trails.

It was really nice to meet not just the host, but her whole family. After three days it felt like we know each other for years. Place itself is in the top location, it very peacefull and it has all U need.
