Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Rötha

After my wife and I (as well as our dog) were greeted very friendly and warmly by Christina and her husband, a briefing in the apartment followed. We expected a lovingly furnished apartment, with amenities that left nothing to be desired. Dishes, cutlery, pots and so on, everything you need was available and waiting to be used. Particularly noteworthy, sewing kit for small emergencies and a small FIRST AID bag were there. Even for our dog, food and water bowls were available (dog says THANK YOU). The entire apartment made a very clean, well-kept and cozy impression, this impression was reinforced by the lovingly distributed accessories in the apartment. It was just beautiful…….. Since the apartment is in the backyard, the street noise did not disturb at any time. An extremely cozy porch and a private parking space complete the positive overall impression. Beautiful accommodation with small private fenced garden, great also with dog. Within walking distance, you can reach the forest in 10 minutes and Lake Zwenkau in 30 minutes 👍

This was a perfect house and location for our family get-together. The house was beautiful furnished and felt cozy and warm. The patios provided a perfect space to eat and relax. It had everything we needed and Andrea was super responsive. We also got to buy some of her locally made honey.

We had a wonderful time in this fantastic vacation home! The location is simply unbeatable – quiet, idyllic and with a fantastic view of the lake, which we enjoyed every day. The house itself is lovingly decorated, very well maintained and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. We spent 3 days as nine (4 adults, 5 children) in the accommodation. Living in a church was very special for us and the rooms are very spacious. The apartment is fully equipped and in the garden you will find a grill and a fire bowl. Communication with Sophie went smoothly. We enjoyed the church very much and would be happy to come back.

We felt very comfortable in this great house. Everything was clean, we didn't miss anything. The garden and surroundings are a dream. In the suburbs, you can let the children play in the garden and the landlords are super friendly. There was even a small cake and some nice greetings to welcome us. We got great tips on what activities are possible in the surrounding area. Leipzig Zoo is 40 minutes by car. Sachsen Therme [Saxony thermal baths] - 20 minutes Shopping is good in the village. The house is really fantastically located. Unfortunately, there is no sidewalk on the road to the house. After a short stretch along the road, there are good walking paths. We recommend the place.

It was very nice at Johannes' again. Great accommodation, quietly located, everything you need is available. I'd love to come back. :)

My stay was only short, but I still have to say that it was very pleasant overall. Stefanos is a super nice and friendly host. Communication went very well. They felt right at home and welcome. The apartment is absolutely clean and the adjoining garden is simply beautiful. We'd love to come back!

We felt immediately comfortable and welcome :) Leipzig is worth a trip and best with these great hosts :) The accommodation was perfect (we were at the gymnastics festival) to reach by public transport and also the event points were very easy to reach (conference hall at the zoo, sports forum, festival meadow, etc.) Restaurants and shopping were also within walking distance. We also had a very good space, whether to play or sleep (grandpa and grandpa in a separate room), me and my 2 kids (3 years and 9 months) in the other room with a travel cot), then with the balcony to sit outside very cozy. Our stay at Ben's apartment couldn't have been better! We didn't miss anything and we immediately felt comfortable. The apartment is simply great, the location perfect. We would come back. Ben's co-host Jens is particularly noteworthy! Jens provided us with all the important information & was quickly available for questions. We were lucky enough to meet briefly in person, which led to a very nice conversation with great tips about the area. Thank you both!

We stayed at Iakov's place for 4 nights with our daughter. We enjoyed it very much, the location right by the zoo in the city and yet quiet, as it faces the courtyard. The parking space is perfect, unfortunately a little tricky with a large car, but an experienced driver can do it. The communication with Iakov was very friendly and the check-in also worked smoothly. As a welcome, there was even a bottle of wine on the table, wonderful. We can recommend the apartment and will definitely be back :-)

We were very satisfied with our short break for the Turnfest 2025. Impeccable accommodation! Short distances to the city. There is also a storage facility for bicycles in the basement. It was a lovely stay. We will be happy to come back.

We were in the apartment with a toddler. Great apartment, great balcony with evening sun.

The flat is very well-situated, in a quiet street close to the train station and city center. The two bikes are in a very good state, and this is so nice to ride to discover Leipzig ! The flat is very clean, well furnished with two big rooms and a well-equiped kitchen. Just two warnings for sensitive persons: it slightly smells cigarette and there is no shutters (only curtains) (day light comes early in june !)

The apartment is in a very quiet area, but the popular area around Karl-Heine-Straße is still within walking distance. Buses and trains also depart from the immediate vicinity. Directly opposite is the Saturday market, which we particularly liked. The apartment has a great, sunny balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee in a very relaxed way. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back 😊

Great location for exploring the Leipzig lakes. Access and apartment itself superbly equipped, modernly furnished - to feel comfortable.

While the pictures used on Airbnb were accurate, it’s an even prettier space when you arrive. Bea was super responsive and helpful and flexible when I needed to adjust the duration of my stay. I would definitely stay here again and thank Bea for her help with accommodations during my stay.

Extremely pleasant stay. Baker for delicious rolls is right around the corner. When we were looking for a way to order food in Markkleeberg at a late hour, Katja supported us in a super committed way. Thank you very much for that!!!!

We were absolutely satisfied and happy in Monika's apartment! The contact in advance for check-in was pleasant and friendly and everything went smoothly. In the apartment, we felt right at home: The premises were clean and tidy and tastefully decorated without exception. Parking right in front of the house and plenty of shopping nearby. Leipzig is just a stone's throw away by car. In terms of amenities, we didn't miss anything and we had a wonderful, unfortunately much too short stay in Frohburg.
