The apartment is on the first floor and could be rented together with the apartment on the 2nd floor and/or 3rd floor.

The house has been restored by hand for the past 10 years from the basement to the top of the roof by master craftsmen. The property with a large garage (ping-pong table and punching bag), trampoline and slackline is at your disposal.
