Instead of the usual veneer furniture off the shelf, there is an individual decor, beautiful view of the jetty, fireplace, many things for children and fruit plants for harvesting. There is everything you need as a small family for a few relaxing days away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Unsere Ferienwohnung hat 3 Schlafplätze in der großen Wohnküche und ein voll ausgestattetes Duschbad. Der See ist ca 30m vom haus. Die FeWo liegt im EG und könnte gemeinsam mit FeWo im 1.OG gemietet werden. Der offene, helle Wohn-, Küchen- und Schlafbereich mit unverbautem Blick auf den Hainer See kann zum Mittelpunkt eurer gemeinsamen Urlaubszeit werden. Der Hainer See ist Teil des Leipziger Neuseenlandes und liegt direkt neben der Gemeinde Kahnsdorf in entspannter Umgebung mit viel Natur.

In unserer Wohnung genießt Ihr euren Urlaub in direkter Nachbarschaft zu Sachsens pulsierendster Metropole. Mit dem Kulkwitzer See liegt außerdem der älteste und sauberste See des Leipziger Neuseenlands direkt vor der Tür. Mit dem Rad sind es nur 7 Minuten dorthin. Räder gibts bei uns zur kostenlosen Leihe. Dank des Bahnhofs in Laufdistanz (3 Min.), seid Ihr innerhalb von 15 Minuten am HBF Leipzig. Die Wohnung verfügt über Schlafzimmer, Küche, Bad und Wohnzimmer. Alles voll ausgestattet.

In apartment 4, the question arises as to what the bigger highlight is: the brilliant panoramic view over the lake. Or the overwhelming rooftop terrace that you won't tire of enjoying. Welcome TO the HOUSE IM REED 2 - your cozy home on Lake Hainer. Our adult accommodation is picturesquely located on the sunny north shore of Lake Hain (2 min walk) and in the middle of Leipzig's Neuseenland, only 20 minutes by car from Leipzig. In apartment 6, you have a wonderful view of the lake, unspoiled nature and an unforgettable sunset from the south-facing wooden terrace. For chilling and sunbathing, there is a very private lounge area in the countryside.

The super quiet 1-room apartment with a large box spring bed, kitchenette and a cozy sofa bed invites you to linger. The covered outdoor seating area contributes to the idyll. Lake Störmthaler with its diverse leisure activities and swimming beach are a 10-minute walk. The proximity to Leipzig allows you to reach the city center as well as the trade fair in 15 minutes by car. There is also a connection to public transport.

Cozy camper at Lake Zwenkau

A lovingly modernized caravan could be your nearest exciting station to explore the beautiful area on Zwenkauer See, discover Leipzig, unwind for a few days or just as a short stopover. The 2x2m bed can accommodate 2 adults + 1-2 children. A fall-out protection for infants can be installed (see photo). A crib can be provided if needed. Thanks to its integrated heating, the caravan is also well equipped for the winter.
