I rent out a large barrier-free 3-room apartment in Leipzig-Thekla with a huge south balcony and great views of Parthenaue. Everything is available, even for a longer stay. It is a new building. The raw construction look is intentional. First-class transport links with bus, tram 9 and S-Bahn, 15 minutes to the city, 35 minutes to the airport, 200 meters to the lake. Two bicycles can be used, so you are in the city or at the fair in 20 minutes.

A little paradise by the water! Our stay was simply fantastic. Sybille is a wonderful host – warm, helpful and always quickly available. From the beginning, we felt like after 3 weeks of vacation ;) When we arrived, we could hardly believe our eyes: the house is really right on the water! Looking at the lake in bed in the morning and starting the day with this tranquility – that was pure luxury. The location is hard to beat: absolutely idyllic and yet close to everything you need. Right outside the door is a bike path, perfect for racing. Within walking distance, there are restaurants directly on the lake – and a fish sandwich shop, which we already miss. Top equipped house directly on the lake with large bathtub, great kitchen & garden. Ideal for nature lovers & families. Between Markkleeberger & Cospudener See, Leipzig can be reached quickly by train. Clean, quiet & inexpensive – an absolute insider tip! We will definitely be back! Thanks a lot!

We had a wonderful stay at this fantastic house! We were particularly enthusiastic about the in-house sauna. A real highlight was also the small stream directly on the property, where you could swim wonderfully. Thomas and Beate are very warm and attentive hosts who made our stay even more special with their friendly manner. We will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful time in Thomas' apartment. The apartment is very nice, bright and has a huge garden that we could share. The lake is just a stone's throw away and we had a lot of fun (including with the SUPs that we were able to borrow from Thomas). Thomas was always responsive to us and welcomed us very lovingly. A big recommendation:)

The positive surprises began right with our arrival, so that we could move into a larger and more beautiful apartment in the house at no extra charge or the like, simply because it was just free. Pierre is extremely accommodating and always in a good mood. Before we could even ask, he offered to recommend activities or restaurants in the area. The apartment was super clean and very nicely decorated, everything you need was available in abundance and Pierre responded immediately to inquiries or requests. Check-in and check-out are easy and flexible. If we are in the area again, we will be happy to return to Pierre's at any time! Simply recommended!

Many small things contribute to feeling comfortable in the apartment. If you want to reach the city center of Leipzig by tram, you can take the line 1 without changing to the main station after a walk of about 20 minutes. By the way, there is also a large P+R space at the stop.
