In der Küchenzeile befindet sich ein großer Kühlschrank mit separatem Gefrierfach, ein Backofen mit Cerankochfeld, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine und ein Toaster. Während deines Aufenthaltes steht dir ein kostenloser WLAN Zugang sowie ein TV zur Verfügung. In unserem Apartment findest du ein Doppelbett(1,60x2m) & ein Sofa, welches für einen weiteren Gast als Schlafmöglichkeit genutzt werden kann.

We rent the modernly equipped 84 m² attic apartment with 4 rooms and 5 sleeping options (+ 1 cot) in our house on the outskirts of the Hanseatic city of Rostock. Krummendorf is a small and beautifully located village and belongs to the city. Directly behind the house, the Oldendorfer Tannen (a small piece of forest) begins and directly afterwards the Warnow. The city center and Warnemünde can be reached quickly. Car parking space and barbecue facilities (tent) are provided.

You will be staying in a lovingly renovated apartment with a roof terrace on the upper floor in an old settlement house. Arrive, unplug and feel at ease! Welcome to the lovingly furnished 54 m² apartment on the second floor of the house. Ideal starting point for relaxing days - whether city trip, vacation on the Baltic Sea or business stay. Enjoy the beautifully designed terrace area in the garden. You can park directly at the house for free. The Edeka is a few minutes' walk away. From the main train station you can take the tram to my stop in just 7 minutes.

The 72 m² apartment, completed in 2019, is on the 3rd floor/attic in the newly built apartment villa "Strandperle" with a total of 7 residential units and is only about 200 m away from the beach.
