Renovated apartment for 5 people. 90 m²/quiet and close to the city

This renovated apartment (fully heated) is comfortably equipped with two new bedrooms and each with 2 comfortable box-spring beds (90 x 200 m). Both bedrooms have a large spacious wardrobe with many storage compartments and hangers (which will especially delight the ladies). The bathroom with daylight is equipped with a large walk-in shower, a toilet as well as a washbasin and mirror cabinet. The kitchen has a dishwasher (currently broken), oven, programmable coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave and blender. It offers a pleasant atmosphere with a dining area and invites you to cook and linger together. From the kitchen, you can directly access the spacious terrace. Smoking is also possible here. When the weather is nice, you can relax in the shade or in the sun, for example relax in the beach chair, sunbathe and look into the countryside - pure relaxation! The apartment is completely barrier-free. In the utility room, there is also a washing machine and dryer for longer stays, for a small fee. An ironing board and iron are also provided. :-) Linens, towels and dish towels are included. The apartment is not suitable for pets and not for children under 3 years. Please always include the age of the children, the names of the fellow travelers and whether you are using the property for private or business purposes on the booking inquiry.

The house, which was completely modernized in 2021/2022, offers many highlights: spacious rooms, box spring beds, 65" smart TV, rain shower, electric charging station, garden with 60 sqm sun terrace, outdoor kitchen with Weber grill - nothing is missing! A gas fireplace (currently still under construction! As of July 22) in the interior, as well as a sauna house in the outdoor area invite you to feel good even on cold days.

Chill area for kids on the gallery, private sauna wellness times can be reserved, child-friendly beach in 10 minutes by foot. Laundry packages can be booked for a fee, early check-in & late check-out on request.

Übrigens: Fahrrad- und Wandertouren sind in dieser traumhaften Gegend eine tolle Idee.

Large holiday home with Pool

Our house is spacious and sunny. We can easily accommodate 8 to 10 and at a pinch 11 guests. The house is suitable for people with disabilities. WiFi is available. Separately, we have built a new sauna with an additional double bed/relaxation room and en suite bathroom. In the garden (4000 sqm) lies a large swimming pool (14x5m)), which can be heated on request. The apartment is in a historic building. We modernized in 2002. It was renovated in 2016, preserving its character.

Modern semi-detached house near the city of Rostock

The semi-detached house is located in an idyllic village (Kessin) 2 km from the city center of Rostock. In the center of town you will find a modern bakery where you can have breakfast or get a piece of cake for coffee in the afternoon. A shopping facility is accessible in 2 minutes by car (Lidl). The beach is 20 minutes by car. (A20 and A19 are directly connected). Kessin is right on the Warnow. A boat and canoe rental can be reached in a few minutes by car.

The whole thing is spanned by a spacious terrace for summer days in the deck chair and sociable evenings at the grill or campfire.

This beautiful domicile in the dunes with sauna and fireplace is located directly on the Baltic Sea behind the dune of the Dierhagen Baltic Sea beach and welcomes from the 15th July the first holiday guests. The architect's house offers you not only a breathtaking view of the sea from the loggia. Enjoy the tranquility and fresh sea air on the spacious terrace, the loggia or in the cozy living area in front of the crackling fireplace.

We rent our modernized private bungalow including garden to nice guests. The bungalow is located on the outskirts of the Hanseatic city of Rostock in Krummendorf. The Warnow is only 750 m away and invites you to take a walk along the beautiful cliff with forest. The city center and Warnemünde can be reached quickly (10 - 15 minutes by car). Shopping facilities from the apartment can be reached in 5 minutes by car.

A little break by the sea

We are at home here where the sea lives, watching wide beaches and the seagulls as they sail in the wind... just for fun. Slowing down is the magic word in a maritime environment, strolling and shopping at the weekly market every Saturday with regional organic products. A fresh fish roll and your feet in the sand and just look across the sea to the horizon...
