The chic apartment is the ideal base for enjoying Rostock and the surrounding area. In 10-15 minutes' walk you are in the city center and can inquire about all the sights at the tourist information office. The city harbor with its diverse gastronomic facilities is also within walking distance. We rent the modernly equipped 84 m² attic apartment with 4 rooms and 5 beds (+ 1 cot) in our house on the outskirts of the Hanseatic city of Rostock. Krummendorf is a small and beautifully located village and belongs to the city. The Oldendorfer Tannen (forest area) begins directly behind the house, and the Warnow immediately follows. The city center and Warnemünde can be reached quickly. Parking spaces for cars and a shelter with seating in the courtyard are provided.

Welcome to the city. Our apartment is located in the center of Rostock in a commercial building on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Right between City Hall and Universitätsplatz. Supermarket, bakery, restaurants, steakhouse, cinema, church, museum and street cafes are in the immediate vicinity. The city harbor is about 10 minutes away on foot. The University of Music and Theater 8 min. The approximately 115sqm maisonette apartment can be reached via 2 flights of stairs.

Our beautiful apartment is a separate small apartment in our house. You have your own apartment entrance here and are therefore completely independent. When furnishing, we proceeded individually and with high quality and used little off the shelf. Free Wi-Fi, SmartTV and modern fitted kitchen are available if you don't want to go to the nearby city, the city harbor or the beach. The apartment has great transport links and is still very quietly situated.

The quiet 56 sqm apartment with underfloor heating is located directly on the promenade, which invites you to stroll, drink coffee and enjoy wonderful food. The lighthouse and beach are about 1-2 minutes away by foot. The vacation home with a modern bathroom and complete household equipment offers a double bed and a sofa bed for up to 4 people. A baby bed can be added if necessary. Linens and towels are included.

Small garden city apartment

Quiet, small, closed apartment with 1 room with small double bed, separate kitchen and bathroom. Relaxed parking right outside the door. 15 minutes by car to Warnemünde beach, 5 minutes' walk to the supermarket and bus, 10 minutes' walk to the stadium or indoor swimming pool. The guest apartment is located in the Hansaviertel near the Parkstraße S-Bahn station (to Warnemünde 20 min). It is a quiet, very green residential area with ample parking. Nearby are the Barnstorfer Forest and Lindenpark. Most faculty buildings of the University of Rostock are within walking distance! There are plenty of shopping opportunities and it is a 10-minute walk to the trendy KTV district.
